Energy efficiency was my priority so I want the best price and best windows which seems to be very hard. But Jay (the project manager) made sure I got what I wanted. The team went out to install 40 windows and they absolutely did an excellent job. They were super friendly and professional. I'm very neat and detailed so they made sure all windows are cleaned and properly installed. After installing, they vacuumed and even mopped the floor for me. I'm very pleased with their work !

Ben was our point of contact throughout the entire project. He came out to take the initial measurements, talk through the project, and generate a quote. It was a complete zero-pressure experience. After receiving the quote I made an appointment to visit the showroom (though Ben also offered to bring some window samples to the house). We really liked the windows (Sunrise Restorations) and moved forward with the project. The installation went flawless! I'm a bit of a perfectionist and usually have to stop myself from nitpicking on small little flaws from general contractors, but American Windows did such a stellar job I couldn't find a single flaw in their work. RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Overall quite satisfied with Green Oak. Recommend.

I reached out to Green Oak after searching on Yelp (s/o), and was extremely glad I did. Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. I contacted Affordable Sheds and am very happy with the purchase. Doug, one of the owners, came to my house, took measurements, showed me the options he had available and they matched what I wanted. I purchased a shed with double doors and it has been in place for almost 2 months. A crew of two installers built the shed on site and it only took about 4 hours. What was supposed to be a 3 day job ended up being 3 weeks. There were too many call backs to count. The communication (or lack thereof) with their Project Manager was terrible. The worker who did the work had an attitude from the start. The sub contractors they sent did not do what Fletcher had proposed and then wanted more money. They made us sign a Change Order to cover work that was already supposed to be covered (Replacing Subfloor) Then charged us $160 each for four sheets of floor underlayment. (Less than $50 sheet at Lowes) Water overflowed and damaged kitchen ceiling (another sub to fix) Installed Medicine cabinet that would not open due to hitting sink faucet. Construction debris sat in driveway for 3 weeks. Dismal Project Management, awful communication, HIGH Price. Dont use Fletcher !
