Unorganized, total disregard for the customer and their time. Two failed delivery attempts (one when I was home), but they left without knocking or calling. The second was confirmed but needed to be rescheduled (was told on delivery day after waiting). There is no item in the world that is worth getting from these guys. They are awful. The owner continues to apologize on Yelp but apparently nothing changes and they just don't care. Will, never, ever, ever, ever use them again. I'd buy a different product if the company / supplier insisted on working with XPO. read more

XPO is great and always so professional and polite! This time my item was delivered later than expected bc the freight was missing, but found quickly and was smooth sailing after that. I love the email and text alerts and the delivery people are ALWAYS nice and very professional! read more

I'm going to start with the actual delivery. It went fine. The guys who brought our new mattress were nice and took care in our home. No issues with the actual delivery. However, it was an absolute nightmare just trying to get to that point. Initial delivery date, that I chose because we work and can't be home all day every day, was changed without asking me. So I had to call them to change it. What should have been easy was ridiculous. Then, the day before it was scheduled, we had a family emergency so I did the right thing and called to let them know I couldn't be there and asked to reschedule. The person who answers the phone could not do this for me, said she'd tell them and someone would contact me. Nope - my next contact was from the delivery driver whom I had to tell, sorry, we're not home. I apologized to him, told him that I had notified them but obviously they failed to let them know. So, the next contact I had was a text with a new date. Again, no call to see if that date would be acceptable. So, I made it work. But then I was supposed to get a call with a delivery window of 4 hrs. Nope - that never happened either. So, we sat and waited- what choice did we have?! Terrible experience overall, but giving 2 stars because the guys who eventually showed up were nice and did their job appropriately. But this company lacks ALOT to be desired in terms of customer service. Would not use again if had a choice! read more

This is my second negative review while trying to get an undamaged peloton bike delivered over hte past 8 months. XPO has tried to deliver 3 damaged bikes to my house. The most recent was this past Saturday. I contact the warehouse manager (Wyatt) on Monday, who promised he would look at the bike and have it delivered to my house the following day. The bike was not delivered, and I have not heard anything from XPO, nor do they answer or return phone calls. I would love advice on how to get this company to actually deliver a product. read more

Destroyed my kitchen counter top, at same time destroyed new dishwasher, and broke the drain line. They sent a crew that was not professionally certified to do a Samsung Dishwasher, or they just didn't know how. The made sexual comments about my ability to to get screwed as they swept up their mess off my floor and found a screw. I had to beg them to stop what they were doing as they were actually destroying my kitchen! Then the stole my old dishwasher, dispite me telling them they couldn't have it. Guy was huge, and other than sexual comments, refused to talk to me. I actually started tipping them to get them to leave. It wasn't my fault their company didn't tell them they were supposed to install it. But, the following Saturday the huge guy, call me up and basically said he was coming over to rape me. I am disabled. Thanks to him I feel disabled, and though I reported to both Samsung. And RXO numerous times, and have been assured by RXO that has been moved up to the highest form of illegal department. Nobody has bothered to contact me. So if you're no investigation is everything been started. I also supplied them with a screenshot of the phone records showing that this was the same number used when they were coming out to my home with the dishwasher to start with. It took them 40 to 50 days to get the stinky dirty dishwasher out of my house as it wouldn't drain and so the water molded and then turned the slime. I'm disabled. I can't down on my hands and knees and suck that water out for him. It stinks so bad. I couldn't even have people to my home as far as getting people over to my house to do estimates. Something RXO says it's my problem and that's what I have to do. They don't do that. Two people left and refused to do it because they didn't want to get close enough to the dishwasher. And though I asked RXO to leave me the hell alone for a week when I was on vacation, I got three to four messages a day saying to call them to schedule my installation, only to find out that they still had no idea when Samsung was sending him another dishwasher, just that it was coming three or four times a day. Really you need to send that three or four times a day when I've asked you to leave me the hell alone? So if they're delivering anything to your house and they're coming from the Knoxville unit and Powell I highly suggest that you call somebody and ask them to be there with you because if it's the same group that comes out to deliver to me I am not the first person they said that too and they tried to have their sexual risk with or come back and think that they can have what they want. The other guys look on his face when the big fella said that to me. Said that to me very clearly they've done this before. RXO doesn't seem to care. Samsung does seem to care and yet I still am without a dishwasher about 4 months later and I can't get anybody to answer for who's doing what to take care of it. According to RXO I am to get estimates on getting this fixed. Why should I have to bother to fix their problems? Why don't they send somebody out to just fix it? Damthing why is it my problem. And ask for Samsung. Don't ever buy anything from Samsung. Go to Home Depot and buy it and have them deliver it because it's just not worth having to go through RXO. read more

So onto round two... I scheduled another delivery for today. My wife was called six times from XPO's automated system last week to schedule my 2nd delivery.. Surely, they would be on top of it??? Peloton followed up and confirmed that it would arrive today. I even received confirmation from Peloton via email of the delivery early this morning. I never received a call from XPO to provide a four window for today's delivery. I called XPO this morning (after changing my plans during Christmas week to be home).... to learn of their anticipated arrival time. I was told (after being disconnected once and put on hold twice), "delivery is scheduled but not routed, you need to reschedule" WHAT? We have had all sorts of large items arrive to terminals in Knoxville through other carriers for delivery. Never, ever have I had such a bad experience or seen such a blatant disregard for the customer. I will never, ever order a thing that is delivered through XPO again and I would advise anyone reading this to steer clear. There is no item, anywhere that is worth the inconvenience that these people cause and they don't care. read more

Purchased a Peloton bike that XPO assembled and delivered. The bike was missing pieces and was not assembled properly leading it to be unusable. A tech was scheduled to come out and fix the bike 3 separate times and did not show up all 3 times. We decided to return the bike and have been waiting 2 weeks for XPO to come pick it up. There have been 2 separate pick dates scheduled and both times XPO did not show up. Now calling then directly I've been on hold 30+ minutes 3 separate times even though the recording on the wait line said "less than 2 minutes" I will never purchase an item from a retailer that will be delivered by XPO again. read more

Delivery was setup and scheduled over the phone, I then received text messages and call updating me on the shipment and delivery, and within the delivery time window I received a call from the delivery team that they about 30 minutes away. They showed up, installed the new mattresses and removed the old one. No miss no fuss, very well done. read more

This has been such a tiresome journey and I have not even received my order yet. On August 22nd my fiancé and I (Brandon Wilson) purchased a washer and dryer from Samsung. On September 22nd I reached the XPO and scheduled a delivery for October 8th. We switched our schedules around to be home for this delivery, and was NEVER notified that it was not coming. So, that evening I called XPO and Samsung, with our order getting put in expedited status saying that we should get a phone call from the local hub in 24-48 hours to schedule a delivery. 48 hours later..... still no phone call. Called XPO again today and was told October 22nd is the earliest they can deliver... doesn't sound like a expedited delivery to me. I have tried to call all local HUB numbers with no luck, and I just tried to call the number on yelp and went straight to voicemail. Hopefully I will get a call back. At this point I would rather just come to the HUB and pick up my washer and dryer myself so I can ensure that it will actually get delivered. read more

I would give less than 1 star if possible. This is the worst company. I ordered a Peloton bike with a delivery date of 2/3 and driver no showed. I called and was told he was still "en route" and was delayed. He never showed. They rescheduled for 2/4 and same thing. Again on 2/5. I have called and emailed and am told management would call me directly within 24 hours because my case was "escalated". 26 hours later no contact still. I called again and was told the driver didn't make all of his deliveries those 3 days and they could reschedule me for the 11th. Yeah right. I've missed 3 days of work for nothing. I have no bike and no belief that I ever will see it. This is unbelievable to me. I'm being punished because their driver didn't do his job for 3 days and no one in that entire company could respond to many emails or phone calls. Do not use this company at all. I've already filed a report with the BBB. They should be shut down. read more

I give three stars because customer service was pleasant to deal with but having them reschedule delivery three times was a bit much... Amazon showed 12/31/2019 as first delivery date so I took off work because it could be delivered as late as 9 pm but when I checked amazon mid day when I didn't hear anything it said customer rescheduled, which I didn't... so I called and was told the shipping company did it because they didn't have time that day... it was rescheduled for the following Sunday... and again I heard nothing and amazon didn't show anything... so I called again on Monday and they said they didn't know why the previous person scheduled on a day they don't do deliveries. They couldnt reach the warehouse so they left a message for a call back. they called back a little later but didn't let it ring long enough for me to answer (my phone was right next to me) I thought they would try again but they didn't. I got notification from amazon a couple days later saying I missed the delivery and so I called again. they said it wasn't scheduled to be delivered and so rescheduled for the following Monday and it was finally delivered. The delivery guys called about 45 min out to let me know they were on their way. I understand they had to go the 'extra distance' to deliver to me, but they need better communication between themselves and with amazon. read more
