He is an incredible emcee and the night flowed so smoothly. There was never a dull moment. The thing that impressed me the most is that when my husband and I finally sat down at our sweetheart table he asked if he could get us a drink. SERIOUSLY?! Come on guys, that is rare and just seriously amazing. I had a few unique requests that didn't even phase Dennis! The most important to me was meshing two very different songs for my father/daughter dance. I wanted to dance to one song, more of a pop-type with my biological father and to a country song with my step dad, not an easy thing to mash-up! I also wanted the two to fade into each other and be cut down so the dance wouldn't be two full songs. The final product blew my mind, it was perfect. He even slowed down the country song so that it was more "danceable." The way he invited my step-dad out to the floor was classy and casual, it wasn't an awkward moment which was what I was concerned about. He absolutely did EXACTLY what I asked for. I got countless comments on the way the evening flowed. With Dennis you get way more than a DJ, he is an amazing emcee. So many people told me it was the most fun wedding they'd ever been to. The music was SPOT on all night, it was a blast. The dance floor was constantly packed and even my older relatives were out there dancing because the music didn't alienate them. My husband and I told Dennis all we wanted was for people to have fun and dance, and they did all night. He found a way to satisfy everyone's music tastes (even though I like country, my husband likes reggae and my parents like classic rock!). Last minute we sprung for some up-lighting. It isn't my style to go outlandish and I was worried it would be too expensive, but I wanted the room to have a little something extra. Not only was the pricing totally reasonable, but Dennis actually made us a custom light color to match our accent color in the table linens. The room was bathed in a soft glow and looked absolutely perfect. He goes so far above and beyond what you'd expect from a run-of-the-mill DJ, and that's simply because he isn't one! (I don't think I'm being biased but) our wedding was hands down the most fun event I've ever been to and I think a large part of that is because of Dennis. He made us so comfortable and the night flowed perfectly because of his emcee talents. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for a DJ and book Dennis. We think this is an essential step in choosing any wedding planner, since ideas need to be communicated in both directions. Being on the same page about the vision of your wedding is key. It did not take long at all for us to know that she was the absolute best choice for us. Clémence is incredibly friendly and holds herself to such a high standard, and that shows in the work she does. She has an entire process for planning that includes timelines of when things are to be done, vendors are to be booked, and more. Everything is laid out clearly, and she checks in regularly to make sure things are on track. These timelines start from several months before the wedding and go all the way down to the day itself. She makes it known that she wants your day to be exactly how you want it and works hard to achieve that. Whenever we had a new idea or a modification to an existing one, she was always open to hearing it and working to make it happen. We went with an Italian garden-style theme for our wedding, and Clémence executed that vision perfectly. We somehow seemed to be on the same wavelength about everything. Not only did she follow through on executing our ideas, but she also incorporated her own input that fit into the wedding and expanded on it perfectly. As first-time bride and groom, we struggled with knowing how to budget properly. Clémence helped us spend in places where it made the most sense for us and save on things we didn't need. Bit of a random anecdote, but we wanted to have pizza at the end of our afterparty. Our initial search was going to have us spending hundreds of dollars to have standard pizzas delivered to our venue. Clémence saved the day when she found an even closer shop that made heart-shaped pizzas for a fraction of the cost. As Clémence has been doing this for a while now, she's gained rapport with several vendors and was able to speak to the quality of their work and service. This took so much pressure off of us, since we didn't merely have to trust the sales pitch of whatever vendors we happened to find on our own. Once we had our vendors locked in, Clémence took care of managing timelines for each, such as when to meet with them, choosing items for the wedding, and payment schedules. Not only does she work her hardest when she's by your side, she also has your back when you don't even notice. Nearly a month after the wedding, we found out that our venue's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to our vendors. This forced everyone to work at 110% to compensate for the lack of assistance. However, the way Clémence handled this was with such grace and professionalism that we didn't notice, nor did any of our guests, that things weren't running smoothly. Her integrity is truly inspiring. As cheesy as it may sound, we've gained a genuine lifelong friend in Clémence. The influence and quality of her work extend far beyond wedding planning. If it wasn't clear already, we cannot recommend Clémence enough. Her work speaks for itself and was by far the best investment we made for our wedding.

He was everything we imagined and more! He turned out to be MORE than a DJ. He became our Visual Audio guy as well. He draped the entire ballroom, put up all the LED up lights, set up the spot lights, provided a projector to display a slide show, and played the absolute best music during our wedding. He had everyone dancing the entire night. We asked him to play Persian music, Latin music, and top 40s. He did a fantastic job mixing between these music types. He was so great that we had tons of guests asking for his contact info to hire him for their future events. DJ Julius was absolutely amazing and helpful. Anything we requested, if it was possible to do, he would do his best to make it happen. He is the most humble and honest person we have ever met. He never attempted to up charge us, or hustle us into purchasing anything more just to make extra money off of us. He gave great suggestions and through the process he continued to be extremely helpful and polite. He made sure that all the attention would be on us that night, and not on him. I can't say enough about him. We definitely plan to use him in the future for other events, and have referred him to friends. My advice would be to book him early. Couple of our friends tried to book him about 3 months in advance and he was already booked for the date they wanted.

My husband is a huge music buff and would have DJ'ed the wedding himself if he could. I on the other hand, not so much! This made it pretty difficult for us, with my lack of knowledge and his high expectations. I assume this would have been a challenge or frustrating for most DJ's. However, not for Marissa!!!! Instead she went above and beyond and patiently helped us to blend both of our music styles into the perfect mix!!!! The day of the wedding, she arrived to our venue early to set up, dressed professionally with a killer smile! Marisa was friendly and kind to all of our guests / vendors. Prior to the wedding, he sent us a document to help him get to know the people in our wedding party which worked wonderfully - everyone was captured at their best. On the wedding day, he was generous with his time and patient. We had our wedding in Las Vegas so there were a number of different locations to shoot and he came with a great plan and sense of where to photograph us, and the results were exceptionally captured. Some ideas were challenging, but he delivered! Probably what we were most pleased about is how well he got along with everyone, and how well everyone responded to him. He truly felt like a guest that everyone knew or wanted to get to know. We've been to many weddings, and many photographers are excellent flies on the wall, but don't necessarily connect with the people they're photographing. In Nathaniel's case, he was able to be that fly on the wall, but was also genuinely engaged with our guests. Everyone felt comfortable around him, and didn't have to feel like there was a camera taking their picture. This lent to everyone having a great time, coming out naturally and engaged, and that was exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier! The service wasn't good. Pay almost $2900(for a 6hr service day of wedding that came with 8x8…read morealbum and a web page for our guest to look at pic). Took over a month to see my wedding picture and for them to download all pic to a website to view (there was a lot of good moment pic that was not clear to see, that was very disappointed.). We got married in July we didn't get our album until December. Every time we send email to him about question after the wedding it were take 1 to 3 week to respond back. I didn't like how he also did our album picture but didn't let us see what picture he had pick or a draft before he had made it. So now I have to pay to get other one done.
