Needless to say, I booked quickly. Casey walked me through the work he would do and finished quickly and expertly. He even showed me where my glass had been replaced before which was news to me. I'm very pleased with the work they've done and relieved to have saved a good bit of money on the repair. I'd only make a note that the signage in the parking lot isn't the most obvious and I was a little hesitant that I was in the right place but it's well worth the trip and the price!

My only negative is the phone computer intro system is terrible. It is so hard to get to a person and then it will hang up on you. I had to call back multiple times before speaking to a real person very frustrating. I like to talk to people and the computer phone system is the only negative I have to say but everything else about Safelite was wonderful. Great overall service and price is good.

When we dropped off our car, Justin was very pleasant and informed us of the process. As we left we realized that the garage had no power due to a recent storm. Even with no power we were treated exceptionally well. To our pleasant surprise our car was finished very early the next day and we received several messages text, email and telephone call that we could pick it up anytime. Justin was there when we picked up our car. Again he was pleasant and explained to us how to get our inspection stickers for the windshield. The car was very clean, no sign of glass anywhere. There was glass everywhere inside the entire car and pieces of the branch still inside. I called Ryan's at 9:45am and they assured me that my insurance Progressive was accepted and that I could drop off the car. I filed my claim with my insurance and they sorted things out in less than 10 minutes and I dropped my car off at 10:20am. The timing was perfect my car was cleaned and ready by 11:40am!! I've never been somewhere that is so efficient! I'm so appreciative of all that they did for me especially on a Friday in such a quick time. I use Geico insurance and it was super easy to file a glass repair claim using the Geico app, and a different installer other than Safelite. Safelite was "cheaper" but booked out for a week. Many of the places were 4-7 days to get in for a repair.. we had an accident and our window shattered, we were gearing up to go on vacation 2 days later.. we were in a panic. These guys got us right in the next day and told us to come by the evening before to store our vehicle so that it would not get hit by rain. Classy!! They were fast, simple and easy! I did have to call later in the day to see if the van was ready so likely a busy spot and it's worth following up on your own. Not a fancy pants spot so if you need special attention and glamorous waiting areas you may prefer a different place.
