So took my 6 month old trailer I bought here, back again for warranty work (leaked the day I bought it) they tried unsuccessfully to fix.. still leaks !! Ubolt they installed during axel flip fell off while under tow ..returned trailer again..told to get it off the lot or sign a gag order.. must be how his rating is so high? Charged $880 to professionally scrape and reseal the seams on my RV roof (ONLY the roof seams). They said they wanted it a week so it could sit inside and dry. Picked it up and, not only was the caulking they used the wrong color (some white, some almond on a white roof), but it was goopy wet when I picked it up. I expect professionals to at least match the color... EDIT: Changing to a 3* review from a 2*. Ryan called me and asked to fix this. However, I sold the RV. He shared how he will conduct better quality control with his service personnel going forward and apologized for the less than professional reseal job. read more

4/14/2019 I attended a BECU RV show. We looked at so many RVs. They were ok. We finally found THE ONE. At that point, because not one salesperson had greeted us or said a word to us I a picture of the placard on the table and went to other venders and asked if they had something similar. They all referred us back to Ryan's RV Town. Since I just had to have that ONE. I put aside how I felt. We went back. No one had still spoken with us so I went into the RV/office explained we had been waiting outside for quite some time is anyone available to assist us. They said let me call someone for you. That gentleman was very helpful and kind. They were out of stock so we had to get ours ordered. I received a call from Heather in finance, very professional, courteous, and kind. The RV was in. Went in and completed all the paperwork and got a helpful yet quick walkthrough. Something that we were told was going to take an hour took maybe 35 minutes. Of course, we did not know all the questions to ask, we were brand new. And we were given so much information all at one time. It was a Friday very late afternoon; I'd say 4:30-5:00 on May 3, 2019, Kelly the GM comes up to us and asked you want it delivered to your property? Yes. He says I don't want to pay my driver to sit in traffic to go out there on a Friday. They set up this appointment. I said ok. We will set it up for another time. Btw it was part of the contract at purchase that to have it delivered to my property. He said let me go talk to my driver. See what he thinks. He comes back and says that his driver has agreed and continues, however, if he can't get around all the turns because the RV is too big to bring it back and we can figure out something else. I felt very harsh. Rodney is heaven sent! Drove and parked that trailer like a champ. Also very helpful! I appreciate Rodney. Once finally parked, we did a quick check of the perimeter of the RV. We made note of one of the window seals that was slipping. We also noticed inside that one of the lights under the cabinet was hanging. May 15, 2019, I had sent Heather an email informing her of our observations and asking whom we would need to contact to get these items fixed. She responded, even with it being her day off, that she will speak with GM Kelly and the service department upon her return tomorrow. May 15, 2019. Heather informed me I should contact the service department. I called the service department, several times, and left messages. When I finally got ahold of Steve he apologized and tells me he may have someone going out my way and he will give me a call back by the end of the day or the following. No callback. I go back out to the RV to do a more thorough look through at the RV, as we have more time. Send another email on June 1, 2019, to include pictures of all the findings. I sent it to Kelly and the service department. Again nothing. I called the service department did not answer so I called back and spoke with Kelly. To which his response was "no life or death matter". We will call you when we have someone out your way. I waited and waited; sent yet another email, August 16, 2019. Kelly responded providing me with options for the "small items that need to be addressed". Paraphrasing: I can continue to wait until the service van is in my area. This is a courtesy call and not covered by the warranty and cannot guarantee mobile service in the future. 2) We can transport the RV to their shop on our own or at our expense 3) pay for the service call and the expense will run 150-200 and we will get a quote prior to technician leaving their facility. These items were discovered both on the day of delivery and within the 30 days of owning the RV. Timed stamped and dated pictures provided. It took until September 8, 2019, to finally get someone out there to fix those items. Mr. Dave, he was very knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. It wasn't his fault. He addressed what he could and the remaining items I need to contact service or Kelly about. I was not going to contact this establishment again. I was not going to have anything to do with them. And I had not. I didn't care about the scratches on the leather cushion or the hole. Then we come to today. We discovered a leak and little bulging yesterday, May 17, 2020. Immediately contacted the service department. I tell them I believe that it should still be under manufacturer's warranty, and if not that I have the extended warranty I had purchased. Steve tells me the RV is not under warranty and that a roof leak because the owner did not check the seal every 30 days as supposed to, was not going to be covered. I write all this to inform you how I was treated by Kelly and some of his employees. This was my first RV purchase and it was not a cheap one. I believe that no matter how much you spend, what race or sex you are or you are not you deserve to be treated with respect. Not demeaned or talked down to! Thank you. read more

They were knowledgeable about travel trailers and were able to answer every question I had. Having been the first travel trailer we have bought, we learned that there are many intricacies of owning. Ryan worked with me to survey the damage and work with my insurance company to get the damage repaired. Ryan and his staff is top notch, friendly as heck and they listen to you. I recently bought a pop-up trailer and I needed a tow wiring system put on my SUV. I went to two other places and they were OK. I went back to Ryan's RV Town because they spent time with me by looking at what I wanted done and where I wanted things to be attached within reason. I bought my RV new from RV Town in mid 2005, a 23 foot Weekend Warrior toy hauler travel trailer. They have serviced it several times since doing warranty electrical and water damage issues that came from the factory. Weekend Warrior may have gone bankrupt but Ryan's RV Town has stood by their product and taken good care of us. They have always done an amazing job for us. I'm writing now as they've saved me a couple hours of work tonight by complementary hand washing the RV during it's latest service. We had them do an axle flip, and while it cost more than I had hoped, they again did a great job going above and beyond at every turn. They replaced all the hardware that was bent and mushroomed for our safety while lesser shops may have reused parts. I had a three day window before our next trip to get the work done and they pulled off a miracle and were finished in one day. I can't say enough about their customer service. It makes me think there should be a six star rating for outstanding here on Yelp. Times are tough in the recreational vehicle market, but these guys continue to deliver great service. Great business, I had a motorcycle rack installed in our toy hauler and electric brake controller installed in my truck. The team was easy to work with, professional and I was surprised at the final bill, I expected it to be much higher. Ryan took time to explain many aspects of the toy hauler to me and took time to go over the electric brake controls. I go to pick up my truck and trailer and my truck has been washed. It was destroyed this previous weekend when we went riding and it was spotless when I picked up from Ryan's RV. Impressive. read more

We rented a motor-home from Ryan's RV. It was an excellent experience. We got a great deal on an almost brand new motor-home. I couldn't believe that it was a rental! So clean and really like brand-new! A super friendly "Kelly K", showed us all the features and went through the motor-home until we felt very comfortable with it. Two different families recommended Ryan's RV Town for servicing my 30 foot travel trailer. I had been frustrated with service from the dealership where I bought my trailer and attempted to install a winterizing pump on my own. After frustrations galore, I called Steve, Service Manager, at Ryan's RV Town. When I pulled into Ryan's, Steve came out to see my mess and immediately noticed that my RV antenna had broken off - he was on the roof immediately to see what was wrong - unaware, I had hit a tree limb on my street when heading to Ryan's. Steve had someone quickly cover the broken antenna as it was raining and the break had opened a hole. Steve and his crew cleaned up and fixed my mess, and installed a new antenna. Recently, I had a slide-out fail just as I was ready to leave town. I called Steve and he had Roger take a "quick" look at it to see if it was something simple. Of course, it wasn't something simple but Roger and Steve determined what part was needed (not in stock). When the part came in, Steve scheduled the install and Roger did the install. Roger also showed me the broken part, what had gone wrong, and what might have caused the failure - in terms I could relate to! Previously, I had "black water gate valve" that was leaking - this was a "sh*tty" job but needed to be dealt with sooner than later. I called Steve again. This time he put me in touch with Ryan's Mobile RV Service which came to my house and did the rescue work! I highly recommend Ryan's RV Town Service for your RV, even if you did not buy your RV there. Steve is an excellent service manager and has a great crew working with him! read more

Fabulous customer care and service! We took our RV here for the first time for an annual checkup and an issue with the generator. While we were told that they don't do extensive generator service, they said they would take a look and see if it was a minor fix. Within a couple of days of dropping off, Roy called to say most everything was done, the RV looks great, and that they had found and fixed the small issue with the generator. Roy also had discovered a few other minor things and fixed them without an additional charge. We really appreciate the extra steps this team took to make sure our RV is in good shape for the camping season! We will never take our RV anywhere else but Ryan's! Ryan gets 5 stars, after a typically bad purchase from a local rv dealer, it was refreshing to deal with Ryans. They immediately left me with the impression that they knew what they were doing and that I was in good hands. I did a little damage to the rear of my fifth wheel shattering some fiberglass tweaking the ladder. If you're in the market to purchase an RV, this is probably not the best place to start. My partner and I wandered the lot, deliberately in front of the sales office window, for a long time, but nobody came to help us. So we went into the office, and the only salesperson there seemed disinterested in helping us. We inquired about an RV that was on the lot. At first he told us it was a rental and therefore not available, but then told us that it would be available next week. He said their prices were not flexible. When I mentioned that I might seek other options, such as traveling to another city to pick one up, he disparaged the idea openly, saying that I would probably end up with a smelly vehicle and would regret it. The gentleman said not a problem and took it down to the garage. About 15 minutes later, had it done. I asked him what I owed (thinking probably at least $10), he said it was free! We just picked up our 1992 Dolphin from Ryan's RV Town after it had some serious water leakage issues above the cab. He originally quoted us $4-5000 to fix it and then charged us a little over $3000 and that included other maintenance as well. My propane gas would stop intermittently. I was told by the folks that filled propane that it was a regulator. Brought it in and Ryan looked at it and said it was working fine. Told him it randomly quit giving propane. He told me when regulators fail they fail. Suggested it could be propane selinoid valve which was easy to replace. Sold it to me at a very good price and offered to install or I could do it myself and save a few bucks. Got me out the door for way less than I expected but I'll be back next time my RV needs service. He and his staff are knowledgible and friendly. They seem genuinely interested in helping you fix the RV at the most reasonable price. read more

Hi, I am writing this review with sadness in my heart at the clear incapableness of Ryan's Mobile RV in home service. Last month, I experience wiring issues with my rv that resulted in my rv not having power. I am disabled and we don't drive so we clearly relied on their mobile service for repair assistance. A Ryann's mobile technician came in and was completely confounded by the wiring issue. After an hour and a half of confusion he left and told us that our trailer should be fine plugged in while it had clear wiring issues. That night my bedroom wiring nearly caught on fire and the next day he insisted it was fine. I contacted a supervisor at Ryan's the next day and after a few back and forth over the phone the supervisor eventually said they wouldn't be able to fix our issue via mobile repair or on site because they weren't expert's in wiring. We went a full month without power because Ryan's mobile technicians refused to fix our issue and everyone else was booked out a full month. Our senior Pomeranian dog passed away as a result of the extreme cold faced by the wiring issue not getting fixed. We eventually got our RV wiring fixed this December by another RV company and come to find out that the guy who fixed it had previously trained the Ryan's technician that came to our house and he was confused as why the technician couldn't fix the issue after he had trained him. I do not recommend going to Ryan's at all and furthermore after contacting the mobile technician for other issues with our Rv under warranty, he stated they no longer do in home warranty jobs. I come from an area in Central Washington where in home rv repair was reliable and not so much in the Snohomish area. read more

I've taken my RV in several times and have been happy with each service done. While at times it's more than what I had planned, having an RV is expensive. They keep saying why don't I get a new one, yea wouldn't that be nice! Anyway, Ryan the head service guy is knowledgeable and throws in some freebies if he can. They did a really good job on repairing some body and water damage, installed some extras and are cool with sharing some good RV tips and even have shown me some how to's. They've always been able to get me right in within the week, unlike some of the other RV places around perhaps closer but I don't have a month to wait to get in for service. While it's a little bit of a drive up to Everett, it's worth it. read more
