The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! They were polite and respectful the entire way through though, even helping me carry my stuff out when I was cleaning out my car. They aren't allowed to do anything like help disassemble a dashcam though, so unfortunately I was forced to leave that behind.

The young lady who answered the call was very professional, answered my questions, and gave me an estimate that was substantially cheaper than the previous company and included the breakdown of towing, mileage, and the fuel service charge. Within 30 minutes of hanging up, the driver DeMarco was on site to pick up the car. The payment process was quick and easy via text and overall this was a smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend them and if needed, would not hesitate to use their services again.

My truck broke down on a customer's property, and I was given the commitment when I called that the truck would be towed that same day. I received no updates, or and calls. This morning when I tried to see what happened, I was speaking with the same person (512-670-0700) who booked my appointment, but they were rude and claimed "well we tried to call you 4 times" and I have no missed calls on my phone after confirming they had the correct number. They just simply claimed that they couldn't help me any further due to the positioning of my truck, so they didn't help one bit and offered no help going forward. It's absurd. They had my email address and didn't try to reach me there, and I was still working so I was watching for calls. Don't rely on this towing company for your needs.

My first time taking my truck to them, I was lied to multiple times about confirmation of the job being covered by insurance. It turned out that the "yes it is covered" they told me was a lie, and my truck sat in their shop for a week. I ended up taking the truck back and not getting the repair done there. I decided to give them another shot, after confirming with insurance and them that the requested work will be covered. They did the job, swapped the fuel pump out and put in new wiring, and I took the truck and left. After leaving, I noticed there was a CEL, and I went to get it checked out at Autozone. The code I got was linked to the fuel pump job that was just completed, and I took it back to AAMCO to have the issue addressed. They told me that not only did my insurance not cover that work, but neither did the labor warranty! They gave me the worst attitude, could not answer my questions, and did nothing to fix the issue they caused. This entire conversation with the rep, Emilio, and his service tech was had within earshot of their higher-up. I assume this guy was the manager or owner, but he was just sitting at his desk on his computer. I have gotten better customer service from a kid running a lemonade stand. Avoid this place at all cost. They do incomplete work and do not have the customer service skills to make things right.

AXM Towing Review If…read moreI could give zero stars, I would. I rarely write reviews, but this experience forced me to take AXM Towing to court to prove they were in the wrong. Here's what happened:     *    I parked in the lot by First Cash Pawn, where the signage says "Customer Parking" under a sign listing multiple businesses in the shopping center. Nothing indicated towing was restricted to pawn customers only.     *    Within 13 minutes or less, my car was towed.     *    First Cash Pawn associates states they didn't call to have my vehicle towed off private party the day of the event. Spoke with District manages with First Cash Pawn and he stated there no contract with AXM to tow from that private property with out notification or request to have vehicle towed from their parking lot.     *    AXM altered the receipt they presented in court. Thankfully, I kept my original copy, which showed they towed me from the wrong area. Important for anyone towed by AXM:     *    You only have 14 days to fight a tow in Williamson County. File at the small claims office on Old Settlers Blvd.     *    Print or save your tow receipt immediately. Make sure the address and details match where your car was actually parked. I won my case and should receive both the tow fee and court costs back. But the fact that it had to go this far says everything. Bottom line: AXM Towing patrols lots aggressively and tows immediately, often without clear or legal grounds. Avoid them if you can.
