This was damaging because I had to now work double to get my insurance back online. Another issue I have with this location is every truck I rented had bad steering alignment. I wondered if they did their checks, why every truck had a bad steering alignment. I would not recommend working with this group of individuals in this location. I gave this place benefit of the doubt and still called anyways last week, they definitely didn't disappoint. He was rude from the beginning with a bad tone in his voice and due to not having my VIN on hand, I was given bad customer service and told he can't help me. I was only looking for maintenance filters, assuming they have many in stock and VIN shouldn't be an issue but according to him it was. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he was. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to have him in charge of a whole department. Never met the guy in person but that's a bad look. I will never do business with this place and never recommend anyone to get parts from here, as long as he's in charge or employed here. I instead drove the 30 minutes farther to Rush in Fontana and received my parts with 100% better customer service and will continue to give them my business. There are small streaks, scratches, and other markings on the surfaces of the outside metal material on the top side. There are streaks in the white surfaces around the trailer that can't be removed. For a brand-new, day-old trailer, this trailer isn't looking new. I'm pretty sure they sold me a used trailer. See the videos and photos. I'll be updating this review with everything else that I found disturbing. I have poor vision and the sun was blaring so I took my sales man's word.
