very very nice place to dine. had the Friday night fish special and it was just as good as the fish in London, England! we also took home HUGE cinnamon roll! got a chance to speak to the owner and our waitress. they both were very nice.

Great new location spot in Victor. Closed monday and Tuesday so be prepared. Not quite as unique of a location as the old location (Shelly's) but same food and Shelly and Renee are great. Service is always good and they serve finger lakes coffee. 2 separate rooms and they now do fish fry's on Friday. If you're really up for it try a cinnamon roll - they're huge but typically sell out quickly!

Staff is amazing. You must get a colossal cinnamon roll. Don't waste your money at Dunkin' Donuts. Come here instead.

Very clean establishment but the food came cold and the wait for food was too much. Seating is a little crowded.

They always make a big breakfast ever Sunday! I don't know what they put in those eggs. Great food and would highly recommend.

I'll give a review based on my last experience there- it seems not to be consistent- unfortunately, This past visit I ordered the corn-beef cabbage soup- delicious!! Light broth, soft potatoes and carrots. I only wish I had gotten a cup of it to take home with me For my main dish I had the Greek grilled chicken sandwich....while I always tend to get this and LOVE IT! It's one of those hit or miss situations, this I guess was a "missed the mark" day. Wondering if maybe there's a different chef during these occasions that's not their regular. Just didn't taste overall that great. My co-worker got her tried and true egg salad sandwich with a basket of fries. She said the egg salad was delicious and the basket of fries were not only hot but huge! Would I recommend this restaurant for a visit, probably. Friendly staff, lots of parking, convenient location and friendly staff.

The other 2 are leaving on a cruise and taking off on a plane for a cruise! Back to the amazing food. Coffee was fresh and flavorful(Jamaican me crazy flavor) and promptly filled for seconds. With the vast menu it was a tough decision but I chose Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Lovecakes. New word for pancakes and it lives up to the new hype! Lemon zest gives you a stronger Lemon flavor to counteract the ricotta filling. The blueberries were big and plump! Every bite made me smile and do a little happy food dance. There is no way to top this restaurant! There is said it!

I had the eggs Benedict with home fries. The eggs Benedict was really good. Eggs were perfect and the sauce was nicely flavored. The home fries were not the best. Their menu has what you'd expect from a classic diner, prices are cheap, and service is quick! We got the Country Style Eggs and Patty Melt. Both lacked basic seasonings like salt & pepper. If I was rating off the food alone, I'd give it a 3/5. The home fries in the Country Style Eggs could've been crispier and adding hot sauce definitely saved this a bit. The biscuit we got with it was homemade and so delicious. It was warm, buttery, and satisfying. The Patty Melt was a bit dry and desperately needed a sauce. I used ketchup and asked for pickles which helped. The rye bread was surprisingly not dry and grilled nicely with butter. It was definitely a heavy meal but we needed it after a long drive. It's not the kind of place where you'll have an amazing meal but it'll do the job at a super affordable price.

As soon as we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere immediately stood out. The cafe has a warm, comfortable feeling that makes it a great place to sit down, relax, and enjoy a good meal. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease whether you're there with friends, family, or just stopping in for a quick bite. One of the things that impressed me most was the friendly and professional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and treated with great hospitality. Our server was attentive and helpful the entire time, making sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. They were also very knowledgeable about the menu and happy to give recommendations, which made the experience even better. The food itself was outstanding. Everything we ordered came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really tell that the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the ingredients and the way each dish is prepared. The portions were generous and very satisfying, and the presentation was great as well. Every bite tasted like it was made with care, which is something that really makes a restaurant stand out. Another thing that made the experience enjoyable was the overall environment of the cafe. The dining area was clean, organized, and very inviting. The seating was comfortable and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, which made it easy to enjoy our meal and conversation without feeling crowded or rushed. It's the kind of place where you could easily spend time catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet meal. I also appreciated the variety offered on the menu. There are plenty of options to choose from, so whether someone is in the mood for something light or a more filling meal, there is something for everyone. It's clear that the cafe tries to offer a good selection that appeals to many different tastes. Overall, Parkplace Cafe truly exceeded my expectations. Between the great food, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service, it's easy to see why so many people enjoy coming here. Everything about the experience felt positive and well put together. I would highly recommend Parkplace Cafe to anyone in Wisconsin looking for a great place to eat. Whether you're a local or just passing through the area, it's definitely worth stopping by. I will absolutely be returning in the future, and it easily earns a well-deserved 5-star rating.
