They were some of the most flavorful vegan pancakes I've ever had. The vegan bacon was the best I've ever had, perfectly crisp. The Ginger Blast drink was the perfect spicy, refreshing addition. The whole place has such a peaceful, distinctive vibe. They play soothing, meditative music, like the kind you'd hear in a spa, and they have cute inspirational cards that make the experience feel even more special. The diner has been around since 1972, and that sense of character really comes through. It's owned and operated by students of spiritual teacher, poet, and philosopher Sri Chinmoy, which helps explain the calm, uplifting atmosphere. If you're anywhere near here, definitely go.

No greens, breakfast hash, fries, etc. So when ordering, keep that in mind. The strawberry banana smoothie was so good and the ginger shot was good value for the price. The staff were courteous and they make your order quick! Best of all, they take card and Apple Pay (I didn't have cash on me that day and I was aware that just about every stall in that food court is Cash-Only).
