Today was my first time here and I absolutely loved it!!! I came in with my five year old and baby. They had a chair next to the table I was getting my nails done at for my five year old and was not upset when I had to hold the baby. They worked around me holding my baby! The work was great also! I find it interesting that no one has reviewed that fact that this place does not smell like a normal nail salon. Have you noticed the fans blowing into the wall we're it gets sucked up so there is no dust? This place is by far the best salon out there. They are always polite and professional and always works you in as I can never schedule ahead due to my crazy schedule. I can't rave enough about Kimberly with my nails and Tri for my pedicures! read more

First time here.... the price was just right, it didn't SMELL all the chemicals like I did at Kathy's Nails down the street.. nice setting.. they did a great job with the massage and the scrubs.. their basic package was all I could afford for now.. but man i can only imagine with the other packages included.. Update: 3/15/18 I just wanted to take a moment to update my review because I had another great experience here and a horrible experience at another salon. I returned to S&B a few weeks ago to try SNS because gel always peels off my nails rather quickly. The quality I received here for SNS really set the bar and I will never be going to another salon again. These people really know what they're doing and not only do they care about your nails, but they make sure that you are having a good experience. I did a manicure with SNS for $60 I'm not sure if that's standard with a manicure or a little on the pricy side but I will tell you that it was 100% worth it. Today I went to a salon near my work because I wanted to change the color of my nails and to be honest I didn't want to spend $60. This place charged me $45 which seems industry standard. They did such a horrible job and even after trying two times, couldn't fix it. I will be coming to S&B in two weeks to get my nails fixed and will never be going anywhere else. If you have a chance to come here to get your nails done, please do. They are fantastic. The shop may not be above and beyond but it gets the job done and since going there I have never left disappointed. I can't wait to come in and get my nails done. I went here Sunday to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure and I am officially making this my nail salon. The pedicure was wonderful and I wasn't pressured to add additional services (like waxing or gel pedicure). I did choose to do the lavender pedicure which included paraffin wax. The regular pedicure was $30 which to me is a great price especially knowing the quality that you receive! The massage was great and lasted a good amount of time, it wasn't rushed and it was definitely relaxing! I did have gel on my hands so I paid the $5 to have them remove it. They did not use the dremel to remove it and for that I am soooo appreciative. Other places do this to save time and it damages your nails! My manicure was good, my cuticles look excellent and the polish is even and I loooove the outcome. Some places put too much bottom or tip coat and it makes them so thick or uneven. I loved the atmosphere, all of the techs were friendly and all of the other customers were enjoying themselves. They have an excellent selection of colors and if you see the color in regular nail polish there is also a gel color available. I was able to do the same color on my toes (regular polish) and nails (gel) in the first time in a while!! I recommend this place 100% I will not be going anywhere else read more

Just spent $55 and my feet are still very scratchy especially on the side and heels bc they did a so so pedicure. Manicure has bubbles in it & didn't even clean under the nail!! Also could people learn how to do nail designs?! Wish I could just get a pedicure and actually leave happy and not disappointed feeling like I wasted time & money. read more

i convinced my boyfriend to get a pedicure for the first time and excited to try this place based on reviews left by other yelpers! however sitting in the chair i grew anxious pretty fast. the tools used to clean up around the cuticles didn't come out of a blue plastic bag, which means they're probably not getting cleaned between each client. the cheese grater came out and after it was done being used it was tapped on the floor to get the dead skin off, then dunked in the water to clean it, which didn't have any soap or blue tablets in it, then right back in the bucket it came from. at one point she dropped the red buffer on the floor and then put it back in the bucket, then later used it on my toes. we chose the mid pedicure which came with a scented sugar scrub which came in a container from their clear bucket, and to scoop it out they used a plastic spoon, scraped it off and put the spoon back in their bucket, using it over and over again. my boyfriend was having the time of his life as it was his first pedicure, and i will say they do massage for a long time, however for hygiene reasons i will not be going back. unhygienic practices. read more

Went for the first time and had the worst pedicure I have had. Literally took 15 minutes and that was for the deluxe. My feet were left rough and nails poorly polished. On the positive, the dip manicure was done well. read more

Please avoid this place. I went in and explained that I was in a hurry so I just really wanted my toenails trimmed (as I have a problem with an in grown toenail). A chair was available so took a seat. The location is new and looked clean and friendly. That is until my tech arrived. I explained that I have had problems with pedicures before as they always hurt me because I have sensitive feet. She said no problems. Started hacking at my nail with what looked like a giant work tool (instead of clippers). This should have alerted me - but I thought ok odd. She was not focused on her customer (me) and spent most of the time looking at and shouting to a colleague at the other end of Salon. She started buffering my nail (without looking) and ended up slicing the top of my toe (below the nail) with the sharp edge. I shouted ouch but she did not stop as not looking. She was holding my foot so I could not pull it away. I had to scream before she realized what she had done. Blood everywhere - and even before checking I was ok she poured alcohol over it - I screamed more. Then all she repeated was "its ok, its ok" it wasn't. Rather than stop the bleeding she poured more alcohol quickly. Finally the manager came over and he wanted to do the same (no way I was in so much pain). He said he would take over - briefly removed dead skin but I was still bleeding. Eventually I had enough - this was torture. I ended up hobbling out.. One week later I am still in pain!!!
