I've been three times and haven't been able to get my pedicure done because of their overbooking issue. When I went in I felt judged asking for acrylics they basically pushed s&s onto me until I gave into it even tho it wasnt what I wanted. They told me they really cant do the shape or length that i wanted with s&s and when i was about to leave they said they could. It was clear to me after that they had no clue how to do long nails but wanted money so they tried anyways. I wanted stiletto and after I told them sharper they still looked almond or round, nails were uneven / crooked. They did extra layers to strengthen my nails bc i got them longer than theyre used to, but 2 of my nails broke within 3 days and im gentle on my nails and used to having them long. U could see the powder texture (they werent smooth), design was not neat and he didnt let it dry before top coat so the color bled / smudged at the tip of the nails. over all terrible experience will NEVER go back read more

Horrible. My daughter just paid $70 to get the worst nail job I've ever seen. Nails are crooked and uneven in length. The design is crooked. Polish is uneven. There is acrylic in the underside of her nails. She didn't like the base coat color and they refused to change it. Language barrier - no manager to help out. AWFUL. $70 is a lot of money and she should be thrilled. Instead she's miserable, as she has a function she wanted to look her best for...never again! read more

The staff is friendly and attentive. Jaqueline pays attention to detail and they do not not rush you in and out, as I have been at other salons. I have been in twice now for pedicure and s&s nails. For once, my nails lasted and still looked great after 4 weeks. Expect to relax and not be rushed at this spa. One more thing I loved is the fact they use sugar scrub for pedicures, not salt.. which can burn at times. A definite plus for us women who shave our legs and can relax with out the burn! I came here last week and got S&S nails, they looked great and I absolutely loved the color, but they ALL came off in 5 days. I thought they were supposed to last 2 weeks! Not like I broke them off, like they all came off my nail in one piece. One fell off just standing in the shower. So they do a good job just don't last. This is a fantastic place. Cleanest salon I have ever seen and very relaxing. Their prices are great and they have a complete printed menu of services and prices. They also do children's nails. Danny and his mom do an excellent job and are perfectionists. I have always been pleased with my manicure, pedicure, and also eyebrow wax. They do fantastic polish and I am always so happy with my gel American manicure and pedicure. They never rush and always go out of their way to accommodate you.
