We visited the Somerville branch by Rt 22. A sales associate, Amy, promptly attended to us. To boost the service even more, Amy involved Ari who quickly informed us that Blinds to Go will repair our blinds at no cost. I was surprised that the company sincerely meant a lifetime warranty when we bought it, more than 2 decades ago. We didn't have to buy a new one. So, I returned to the store to bring in the old and damaged blinds.
