Overpriced, and lack of attention to detail. I went a week ago to get an acrylic full set. I noticed immediately the application of the acrylic was terrible. I mentioned to my tech a few times the spots that he missed and little to no attention was given to that at all. It's been a week, and there is visible lifting of the acrylic, and I've never had acrylics last such a short period of time. The paint job was also quite tacky. read more

OMG, this place use to be very friendly but I have just gotten the shock of my life. I came in and they were not busy at all, the only one working was Hilda and she was doing a pedicure so I waited on her being that she is one of the best techs there and Hannah is the other. Well while I was waiting for Hilda to do my pedicure & gel polish people started coming in like in droves. Nancy the owner started ordering the workers & talking hateful yo them. She told Hilda to hurry up because there's someone else wanting a pedicure, Hilda started rushing with me, I didn't like that because she was fucking up my polish on my toes, then Hilda asked Nancy which chair for me so I could get my gel polish, Nancy told her she had to do my nails, oh boy what a mess. I went in for a gel manicure, and got a color change. Seemed like they were in a hurry. Good color selection and my nails look fine, but my cuticles are still something to be worked on. I didn't get a hand massage or lotion, just some cuticle oil on my nails after they were painted. It left something to be desired for sure. That said, the price matched the service and I was probably out in less than 30 minutes. I don't think I will be going back- I just want more from a manicure. read more

Best schellac of anywhere i've tried. I've had schellac from at least 6 salons and this place does the best job, hands down. Mine almost always lasts 3 weeks and still hasnt chipped im just sick of the color and my nails have grown out too far. and its only $17!!!!!! read more

A regular manicure should last more than 24 hours before it starts chipping away. I was told I should get gel nails when I went back to show them. I believe the real problem is they keep watering down almost empty nail colors. I won't be going back. read more

Technician starts working on my manicure another lady walks in for gel nails and suddenly girl says " go over there for your pedicure". I was in for a pedi and a shellac mani. My attendant was very friendly. My only complaint is the amount if time it took. I had a 130 appointment on a Friday and it took over 2 hours to complete my service. I had to wait a long time with my feet in the tub before they started on me. read more

Was a great place, I had been going there for 8 years. Then the owner, Nancy, started working there. She yells at her staff, makes nonstop personal phone calls that she puts on speaker do we all have to hear it, she walks around barefoot and even though the other girls are working on someone, she yells at them to go do something else. Stopped in on a not very busy day in there. No waiting for a pedicure I was told. Right into the foot water and then the long wait began. The gal doing it kept going to other customers to do something with them. A 30 minute pedicure took way over an hour. I told them I did not need drying time but I wanted my eyebrows waxed. So they insisted on putting me under the foot dryer - forever. I finally asked when I would get my eyebrows waxed. So they took me to a private room and there I waited and waited and waited. It took over 2 hours for a pedicure and a 2 minute wax. Will never ever ever go there again. There are tons of nail shops in Kernersville. Pick any of them over this one. read more

I called to make appt- was not sure I had called right place since person who answered just said hello-I made sure they could do a manicure and made appt- she did not even get my name before she hung up-I was taken early but the man who did my manicure just rushed me thru-my cuticles were quickly trimmed - he asked if I wanted my nails rounded and then proceeded to cut my nails down all the way - hence he did not have to use nail file on my nails - he did not clean under my nails either and then proceeded to slap the polish on- luckly he did take the time to put on a base coat- I inquired about the nice massage that he forgot and he then says he will do it after my nails dry-don't want it then since I don't want lotion put on my nails- after my nails dried (very quickly good dryer they have there) he tries to get me to let my nails dry longer - translation- you stay around and then I will finish your half done manicure with a quick massage. I said no and went to the register- good news he has time to collect the money- I asked for a discount since this was done so poorly and he comes off the price a whole 2.00- needless to say NO TIP_ and I will check my bank tomorrow to make sure he did not add one anyway. during the mainicure he tried to sell me the gel coat which I turned down and then he tried to sell me a pedicure which I did not need- I assume that since he could not sell me anything else he was not going to waste his time with me. pity I have been a good manicure customer here- read more
