When I called to schedule the appointment, Anita was easy to work with and quickly scheduled an estimate. After coming by to complete the initial estimate, Basilio returned to our home a few days later with another arborist to make sure he and his team would be giving our plants and trees the proper treatments, including using organic, kid/pet safe products. The day of work, everyone arrived on time, work was completed quickly and carefully, and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away. I was especially happy because, at my request, the team was able to hand prune everything and Basilio, the company's certified arborist, was on site to oversee everything. There was an upcharge for that but it was totally worth it, and the overall price was very reasonable. Our trees and shrubs look beautiful now! We will definitely be hiring this same team to do our spring pruning and pest management. I highly recommend contacting them for an estimate. The only negative is that they use gas powered leaf blowers for clean up. I would love to see them switch to electric ones in the future since they are safer for the environment.

They quoted us $450 for the repair, which entailed cutting off our sprinkler where it was rusted galvanized steel and replacing it with PVC pipe. This in turn ended up re routing our system, rending a large chunk of our sprinkler system useless, due to the steel not being able to be connected to the original system unless we wanted to pay for more repairs. We were quoted around the same (around $500) to connect our sprinkler system again so it would work, on top of the original repair, in which we did not move forward. At first, I was fine with a quote of $450 assuming it was going to be a complicated repair with fancy parts but when I saw the work that was done, it changed my mind. Total labor time was maybe 30 minutes and it was simply digging up where the sprinkler was broken and rerouting the pipe with about $15 worth of PVC and that was it. The gentlemen who came out were kind and helpful so I don't like to leave bad reviews however I feel like we were totally ripped off and charged way more than appropriate to the point where I feel extremely silly I didn't call around to other places and feel like we got played. And now we have a system that does not work. I would highly suggest you call around before going with these guys.

I messaged Rigo and he responded immediately. After giving him an idea of what I needed done, we scheduled a date to meet up so he can look at the trees and give me an estimate. I wanted to remove a really big and old tree, some lawn plants, a medium sized orange tree, and trim some trees. With all of that work, he was able to give me a really affordable quote. After we met up, we were able to schedule a date to start the service. Rigo was really accommodating, easy to work with, and very informative. On the day of the job, Juan and his crew arrived and was ready to get to work. Juan was super nice and friendly. Juan checked in with me to confirm the work I needed and then they got to work. Their work was excellent! They had like 10 guys, each guy having their own role and their teamwork was flawless. I was in awe just watching them. These guys are pros. Not to mention, after the job was done, their clean up was quick and unbelievable. This team is amazing. Would recommend and work with them again!
