hello, several weeks ago I contacted Sonia and she was able to work her schedule around to accommodate my initial cleaning tomorrow morning. Life happens and she needed to reschedule at the last minute this morning. Since she had been so nice and flexible I thought I could do the same accommodating her. The worst... I could have done a better job blind folded in half the time with half the man power. Toilet was still dirty dust everywhere. Honestly the worst I've ever seen and definitely not worth my $200 or my time waiting for them to show up late. When I contacted the owner to complain I was giving nothing but attitude and excuses, she guaranteed me the toilets were cleaned when is very obvious that they had not been cleaned. I contacted Sonia, as well as 8 other cleaning companies. Sonia was the only one who wanted to come out for an accurate estimate. She was professional, responsive and communicated schedule well. We had a huge issue with our move that put our schedule way behind, and the house was dirtier than we wanted it to be before her staff showed up, but they went to work and were courteous throughout. Julie and Natasha were great and worked really hard. There was a time constraint, as the new home owners were coming for their last inspection in the evening. Even though a fan fell and hit Natasha in the nose, and Julie was so tired from working all day, they got done on time, and the place looked amazing. We had never thought about having a cleaning service, but after their work, we have set up an appointment with Sonia to clean our house regularly, and are excited to keep this business partnership. We have been customers of this house cleaning service provider since August 2017 after having our baby. It is refreshing to come home after work to a freshly cleaned home. Sonia's house cleaning is a very professional company. The staff come prepared with cleaning supplies and cleaned all areas we agreed upon, including our floor to ceiling tile (multiple) bathrooms. Sonia's business approach is to ensure that the house cleaning person coming into your home is consistently the same individual. If an area needed to be retouched, i was able to directly communicate with the person cleaning or Sonia and at the next cleaning that area was addressed. Sonia was very easy to communicate with and responded to my requests even if I contacted her the morning of the cleaning. I was in need of a house cleaner to clean my apartment because I was moving out. I really wanted to get my security deposit back so I figured hiring a professional would be best. I called Sonia on a Monday afternoon for an estimate, she was able to come out that same day. Imagine her surprise when I told her I had ten cats, two dogs and a bird ( and I can name them all). Anyhow, I also told her I was having company fly in the following Monday and my house had not had a deep cleaning in over four years. Sonia took on the challenge with her crew and cleaned my house spotless that same week. They cleaned everything. My home looked like it did the day I moved in, I didn't think it was possible. I couldn't find a cat hair in site and that says a lot. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were all very friendly. Sonia has cleaned our house on numerous occasions and she never disappoints! She is friendly, reliable, professional and our house always looks amazing when she's finished! We couldn't be happier with her service. I am usually home when Sonia comes over to clean and she's never made me feel like I'm in the way or that it's a problem. We also have a medium sized dog that could potentially be a problem for a house cleaner, but Sonia is very good with her. We've used a few other cleaning services in the area and nobody compares to Sonia's professionalism and quality of work. I can not judge the abilities of the cleaners because they never made it into the house. After an initial appointment where Sonia evaluated the house we agreed to a price and date of service. I stressed that the first cleaning my wife would take the day off of work to do a walk through with the staff to ensure we were all on the same page. The date was set for the first cleaning, even though I was very surprised at how soon it would be. I even asked "are you sure you can get staffing that quick?" Well today, the day of the appointment, I received a call that it was impossible to get a cleaner today due to staffing shortages. An excuse was given that the owner was out of country and didn't have time to secure a back up. I'm sorry but a business should have those back ups in place including for when someone as important as the owner is out of the country. And this is where the business failed me. If there was someone manning the administration of the business in her absence a back up staff would have been able to be ready or at the very least I would have been alerted to the issue early enough to have my wife cancel her very valuable PTO. I fully understand things come up, but when there's no procedures in place to prevent major disruptions just because one member of the team is absent, it shows the business is not ready for prime time and it shows that minor issues are too large for this company to handle. Unfortunately I am back on the hunt for a reliable house cleaning service. read more

I hired Sonia to do move out cleaning job, met Sonia and her husband at the house so she can review the extent of required cleaning to avoid any misunderstanding. I requested a typical cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen, and flooring including the base boards, light fixtures and fans, and windows & blinds. She claimed that she spent 3 days in the house and when I stopped by to check I was very disappointed, toilet were dirty, light fixtures were dirty, kitchen cabinets handles had food stuck on them, the cabinet doors were dirty, the stove knobs and the oven handle had food stuck on them, base boards were not cleaned. I called Sonia and sent her pictures of dirty items, and we met at the house again because she wants to make sure that I'm satisfied, and the first thing she said "the house was dirty" I said no kidding that's why I hired you and I made sure you looked at it before you gave me a quote. She attempted to clean again, but the results were disappointing again. In summary, if you're looking very superficial cleaning and quick wipe down Sonia is your girl. I feel like we got ripped off and we will never hire Sonia again. read more
