The kitchen required removing a wall to open up the closed dark kitchen and adding an oversized bar. Eric was extremely timely and professional in getting us a comprehensive quote. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. He also was insanely knowledgable about every area of construction such as dry wall, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, flooring, tiling, etc. This guy really is a one man show - he can do it all. Eric did have a few subcontractors help him with the job and they were always fantastic to work with as well. He knows quality workmanship and partnership. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. The bunk bad is unique in that it only has 2 legs on front side and is screwed to studs on the wall on the opposite side. This design utilizes lesser space in this room. I gave him a photo from an online add. He sketched the bed frame, build it, and installed it a week later. I, then hired him to frame and install 2 heavy doors from HD. He had to frame an opening that was to wide for my barn door. I had a barn door install to isolate the living room from the rest of the house for a business space. Richard and his crew also installed a new exterior glass front door to allow more natural light to enter my living room. I loved the results!
