Amy came out to do our initial estimate. She was nice and efficient and gave us what we felt was a very reasonable price. We would have to wait about three weeks for the blinds to come in after ordering. We were OK with that. We got a call yesterday from Mark, the owner, that our blinds were in and he was able to schedule the installation for today, which was very nice. I did not get the name of the actuall technician and his assistant but they were very good and it only took about an hour to install about 9 sets of faux-wood blinds. We are very pleased with the final result. Just a heads up when ordering blinds: make sure you know on which side of the blind you want the wand. And let the person giving you the estimate know.

They came out and measured all of my windows, but when the installer arrived, the shade for my door window was too short. The installer never mentioned the issue--I had to point it out myself. To make matters worse, there were three additional windows that had been measured, and I was under the impression they had been ordered. When the installers didn't install them, I called the office to find out why, only to be told they had never been ordered in the first place. That was a very disappointing surprise after waiting for installation. I also specifically requested that the installers give me about a 20-minute heads-up before arriving so I could be prepared. I never received a call--they simply showed up. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication, ordering errors, and failing to follow simple customer requests made this a very frustrating experience. Well, note to self (and others) don't use these guys, cannot trust them to do what they committed to do, and they made me waste several days where I could have lined some else up earlier to fix them. All they had to do is respond to my query that they aren't doing repairs now (which would have been more honest and respectful, though they should change their website and advertising to reflect that they only do more lucrative new blind installs).

After many calls, texts, and emails to Mario we always got the run around or flat out ignored at the end. While the blind we received seemed like good quality, it doesn't do well if you can't power it up and down.
