We got our product, thanked Oz and headed to Whole Foods. We were waiting in line at the meat counter and here walks up Oz. While we were comparing product earlier, we had left a couple bottles out on the counter. He came to Whole Foods to find us to make sure we had grabbed our purchase. It www like 7 degrees outside and he went out of his way. That's above and beyond in a store that typically doesn't have the best service.

A block away from Ricky's--its hipper alter ego--Bluemercury offers lines that range from the commonplace (Clinique, Moroccanoil) to the harder-to-find (Ahava, Kiehl's) to brands I've never heard of (Supergoop! and Supersmile). Staff were pleasant but reserved. Apparently, they also offer facials and similar spa services, although no one mentioned these to me while I wandered around.
