I set up a appointment for 8 and was there on time.I was getting my front windshield replaced. they said 90 mins to 2 hrs to complete the job so i walked down to Colby ave. to get breakfast. I got back in about a hr. and they apologized for talking too long, they were done by 10! what gives i thought. They gave me free wipers and glass cleaner and new clear windshield as well as vacuuming out truck and cleaning all the windows. read more

Crooks!!! Scratched my car and denied it...very unprofessional installer. Looked like he had no idea how to do his job or repair a windsheild, to top it off it leaks!! Was lied to about my repair, the technician said they would replace my glass and molden's. Glass was replaced and didn't replace side ruber molden. Called warranty department and they accepted that there was a miss communication in the paperwork that I will need to buy the side ruber molden myself and sorry the shop didn't explain it to me, that the side molden is not covered only, the top ruber molden. Mark the shop manager said to let him know when the warranty mobile repair guy will be scheduled, I ask why, and he said because I wanted to make sure the work is done right, we were on a recorded line. Fast forward, the mobile repair guy never showed up. I had a feeling that Mark was unwilling to accept there was a miss communication even though he was on a recorded line with warranty guy and myself committing to a repair after it was agreed that I pay for the side molden from the dealership. I trusted the shop manager to honor his word and he lied about having a mobile unit come and make it right. Now I'm stuck with paying more money for repairs. I hope the warranty department do the right thing. I had been a good customer of safelite since 2019 and never had any issues up until now. read more

Derrick Riley was the technician and called me a half hour prior to arrival. He was professional, courteous, prompt and answered all of my questions. He did a great job and cleaned my dash and all of my windows when he was done, and he even found a way to save me some money so I paid less than quoted. Worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I showed up early for my appointment and my confirmed appointment was not honored and was told I was on the stand by list and my car would be ready by 500. My appointment was for 1100 am, and the confirmation said the job would take 60 to 90 minutes. I will avoid this place in the future for sure. I called the number listed on their site for the Everett location and I got routed to a horrible automated voice recognition system. I tried to get to a human and after jumping through all these questions, I eventually got routed to a live operator. 2 years ago we had the windshield replaced on our GMC van, and they had to re-do it due to poor workmanship. Last Friday, we had to have it replaced due to a large crack in the windshield, and used them again since we figured it wouldn't happen again. As my husband is driving it, it feels air coming in and touches the windshield to figure out how air is getting in, and the whole windshield is not sealed and moves and ready to fall out. To experience this twice is quite unacceptable, and my husband now has lost income due to time he has to take to take it in to get it fixed. read more

We were referred to Safelite by our insurance company for a chipped windshield. Our mobile technician Evan was wonderful! He was able to come right to my place of employment, and was very thorough. Explained everything in detail, and went over and above by also vacuuming out my car, washing my windows & providing me with a complimentary bottle of glass cleaner and clear stickers to put over any future chips until they can be repaired. As we all struggle for time in our hectic lives it is nice to see that there are some businesses that respect that! I called and made an appointment with the number as it came up on Google, immediately I knew I was on a national line and I normally do not care for that, however, she was polite, knowledgeable and professional which is great, but I typically like to talk to the local reps as I can get a feel for how it will go. Along I went to the appointment, I showed up and they were aware I was coming and that I had an appointment, they immediately evaluated the car, pulled it in and had me on my way in 30 minutes!!! I know what you are saying, "well that's what they are supposed to do!" I ask you, when is the last time you went in and had that kind of service? Yeah, me neither!
