I appreciate the customer service. ------------------------- I am hoping to amend this review, if resolved. I had 2 new tires put on and alignment completed at a cost of just under $500. I left and noticed the tire pressure light was on and the tire pressure was low. I drove back and was told it was normal and would be fine in 20 minutes and basically ignore it, if nothing changes to try to come back within the hour. I live 20 minutes away, I would not make it back and suggested I would come on Monday if the light didn't come off. I got home and my tire was below 20. It's now at 3. and I had to call roadside assistance to put my spare on. I wasn't told I would need to be aware of the light being on, which triggered me to return, that is one issue, however when I went back and notified them, they should have at least checked to make sure everything was ok instead of telling me to drive it around for 20 mins. In this case, causing the problem to get worse. It is Saturday and they are not open tomorrow, the soonest I can possibly have a resolution is Monday.

I had a terrible experience with Belle Tire regarding an ongoing issue with uneven wear on my front…read moretires. When I first brought my truck in, I explained that the tires were wearing unevenly, and Belle Tire told me the alignment was out of spec. They performed an alignment and replaced my tires, assuring me the issue was addressed. However, just 10 months later, I returned with the exact same problem--both front tires were worn bald and needed to be replaced again. This time, they claimed the alignment was only out of spec on one side, even though the uneven wear was happening on both sides, and they were unable to properly diagnose the cause. After speaking with the manager, I still could not get a clear explanation as to why this kept happening, and I was not satisfied with being told that another alignment would fix it. Belle Tire still performed another alignment, stating it would fix the issue. A week later, I took my truck to another shop, and they told me the vehicle was completely out of alignment. Based on this experience, I have learned that Belle Tire does not know how to properly perform an alignment or thoroughly diagnose vehicle issues. It costed me $700 for Belle Tire to perform this work and now I am repeating this payment again 10 months later.

I got an estimate of around $11,000 paying out of my own pocket. I gave them $7000 to get started. Granted I live in Montana but from The Lansing area. This accident happened while visiting family in Michigan. I would fly back to get my truck when it was finished. There was no rust on the vehicle being from Montana. Aftermarket motor, suspension, wheels, sound system, exhaust, extras. It was in April 2023 I left my vehicle with them. I'd call once a week to find out progress on it. I wound ask Abe, the man handling the phone conversations with me about paying the rest of the bill. He would say "Wait till it's done". I had to find a frame for it myself for them to pick up back in Michigan. They finally started working on it November. I thought great finally getting progress. I gave it a couple of weeks for them to complete the job, without me bugging them. Then when I called for three months there was no answer. In the middle of March I received a call from a insurance company in Indiana. Apparently the shop had a fire in it. My truck was one of the vehicles in that. There insurance was only going to give me $6200 for my vehicle. I had more then that in just the aftermarket engine. I ended up going through my insurance. It was a better offer than there's. The real problem is I was never reimbursed for the $7000 I put down at the beginning. I was told that Triston would handle that part of the transaction. The two time I was able to talk to him, he was vary short and rude with me. Stange that he won't answer or return phone calls from me since then. I would not recommend this shop for any repairs.

Worst company i've ever had to work with. Shoddy work, terrible customer service, no free loaners…read moreas they say. Have had to take my car back to them on multiple occasions. Don't take your car there period!
