I brought my car in for a warranty windshield replacement (water leaking into cabin). The windshield was originally installed a few years ago at the Portsmouth location. I didn't want to go back to that location, so I chose Hooksett instead. I'm glad I did--the waiting room was spacious, bright, and clean. the bathroom was spotless. An assortment of beverages and snacks was available and there were health signs and things like hand sanitizer readily available. The staff was excellent, and the technician Thomas was exceptionally professional, pleasant, and informative. Nathan was awesome!! I needed my windshield replaced so my insurance company set me up with Safelite. Appointment was scheduled in no time. Only cost me $100, which wasn't bad. Nate arrived early but called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule. Arrived at my work I met him outside to give keys and payment. He was finished in about an hour. Rock hit windshield directly in front of driver. Two cracks about quarter size. Safelite scheduled to come to my house and replaced full windshield on my gmc sierra. They also recalibrated all effected sensors and cameras. Looks great. Did a good job cleaning the dash on the inside after too. Nate, the tech, was funny and personable. The glass could not have looked better and I was absolutely astonished at the fact that they vacuumed all the floors in my car!
