I want to give a special shout out to this Safelite location and their amazing staff…read more I had my windshield replaced elsewhere last month due to a crack and yesterday, my luck was short again, as a rock kicked up from a car in front of me on I-394 and left me with two very tiny chips. I made an appointment with Safelite online later in the day and was so happy they were able to fit me in the next morning. When I arrived, the person who checked me in was very friendly and the technician I worked with walked my car with me and explained that the chips weren't actually deep enough to cause problems and I wouldn't need a true chip repair service, but he was happy to fill it in to help reduce the blemish. I truly appreciated the honestly and transparency. They had a busy day ahead of them, so for him to offer to help touch up the chips for me meant a lot. When I got the car back 15 minutes later, the imperfection was less visible and the technician told me there wouldn't be a charge, which completely made my whole day and was above and beyond on his part. I wish I could remember his name because I was so impressed by the entire experience. If you are reading this- thank you! I would highly recommend this location. Great service is hard to come by and deserves recognition.

I brought it in for a warranty appointment today and they said that it seems like normal wear and tear of the screen; however, the screen did not look like this prior to my windshield replacement. She said she took photos to send to the quality team, but that the screen damage did not appear very well in the photos. I have been trying to get in touch with the location directly, but two different customer service reps have given me different numbers, and the third transferred me to a store location in Wisconsin. I am just wanting to send in my own photos to make sure the quality team has an accurate idea of what the screen looks like.

I was…read moreintroduced to Auto Glass Professionals about 2 months ago through my Auto insurance company I had an annoying chip that was right in my view to drive. I called my insurance company and was referred to Auto Glass professionals. Jason my technician was pleasant, on time, highly skilled and had a great work ethic and a great personality. He is definitely a people person and is perfect for this job. He replaced my windshield and explained to me to not drive my car for at least 45 mins. And the warranty and about car washes. Well feb 20th some road debris struck my windshield again and caused damage. I called my insurance company and they set up a claim. I was contacted by Auto glass professionals in 30 minutes of my claim and a text was here to replace it the next day. Thats service at its finest. And my technician was once again Jason. This technician has all the skills needed to perform his job and more. He should be 1 of the highest paid technicians in this company. You guys have a customer for life.

I'm bumping these guys up to 5 stars - great service!…read more This is the second time I've used AGP to fill & fix a chipped windshield. Again, like last time, they did a great job. Josh showed up quickly, on time, worked fast, and he did a thorough job. And he did all of this under adverse conditions, the end of a big sticky snow storm. No problem - he got it done. Thumbs up! -Daddy Maxx Retro

My interaction with this location was arranged by my insurance company so I don't believe I ever…read morehad a choice in the matter. The work itself was fine; my comments relate to my subsequent attempts to resolve payment for the deductible. I have had windshields replaced before so I know how it works: I met the tech at my car with my credit card in hand in order to pay the deductible, but he refused, referencing the invoice and stating "It's taken care of." I said it wasn't to my knowledge, and could I please pay the deductible, but he again refused to take my money, completed the work and left. The next day I get a (frankly, snarky) voicemail message from Harmon implying that I had negleted to pay the deductible and I needed to resolve payment immediately. I call the number provided and am connected with a pleasant but confused admin who says she can't process my payment but she can take my info so someone else can follow up. I provide that information and am contacted later by a guy who takes my CC info over the phone. I am hesitant to do it this way, but I just want it to be done. He says he will follow up with a receipt and invoice but then I hear crickets. Flash forward two months and I get an email from Harmon saying my deductible is now at 60+ days past due and in "collections." I contact Harmon immediately and they are unaware of anything that happened previously so could I just give them my CC # again and, oh wait, here's your CC # in your file all along, we just never ran the card in the first place. I completely understand that stuff happens, but not this much stuff in a row, especially for a company that does essentially only one thing. I don't want anything; I am just relaying the story in hopes they can correct whatever breakdowns in their system caused these very frustrating multiple errors.
