After having an elderly dog pass away, my cat developed bladder stones. She wasn't able to control her bladder & basically stained my sofa recliner of only 1.5 yrs. I made sure the cat was completely healed & researched a few places near by. These guys made it the most convenient & price was very reasonable. Everything was upfront, the gentlemen were polite & very professional. I had the sofa, 1 large area rug, & 2 runner rugs cleaned. They completed the cleaning in about 1 hr. Drying time took about 3 hrs to completely dry. The 2 runners took a bit longer, but that's probably because I moved them to a less ventilated area. The pictures will tell you if they did a good job or not. There's no trace of any scent unless you try really hard to sniff it out. I hired All Star Chem-Dry to clean my off white chenille sectional. Mike was very responsive and friendly and extremely accommodating when we had to do a last minute reschedule (which I hate to do, but sometimes life is unpredictable!) We hired All Star to clean our carpets and travertine stone floors. I had a great conversation with Mike 2 weeks before he and Alex came out to do the job. He invited photos of my flooring, and set my expectations regarding price and timeframe to do the work. There were no surprises on job day, and Mike didn't try to upsell us in any way. He and Alex did a wonderful job on the floors, even taking care to protect the corners of our walls, and scrub the baseboards too! I contacted Mike about cleaning a couple of sofas that had gotten dirty during storage. Mike was quick to respond and very meticulous in researching the type of material used to upholster my sofas. He advised because the base upholstery was 100% cotton it would be hard to certain stains but he would do his best. I like how honest Mike was and he explained the process they used to clean and disinfect. He also advised his process uses a lot less water, which is exactly what I wanted because I didn't want any unnecessary moisture to go into the coach foam. Mike gave me a quote, which seemed very reasonable, so we booked a time and a few days later his technician Luke came out and went over the things Mike talked about it as well. Luke was a great, friendly and informative guy. He got to work quickly and was in and out in about an hour or so.
