I called All Star Chen-Dry for our one bedroom/one bath apartment and Mike was able to schedule me the very next day. He told me that his guys would be at our apartment anywhere between 2-6pm and would reach out once they're on the way. I received a call at around 12pm from both Mike and Luke, saying that they can squeeze us in a little earlier which worked out since we had a long/busy day. Once I got back home, Luke went over our options and pricing. Since our carpet had urine stains/odor, I had opted for a pricier option which included deodorizer, odor lift & sanitizer. They also had another option that included a warranty but I didn't think that option was necessary. They took the payment & started working from there. We also left while the guys worked since our apartment isn't exactly the biggest & felt a little more comfortable once my boyfriend had recognized the both of them from wrestling back in high school. These guys are professional, work very efficiently and did not pressure us into the more expensive option, although it was necessary. Spoke with Mike when I called to ask about Chem Dry carpet cleaning. He explained their services and what would work best for my situation. They were able to schedule my appt at the date & time that worked best for me. Luke and Orlando showed up on time and got right to work. They cleaned all the carpet in my home (6 rooms) plus 2 couches. Every service that Mike told me they would do was done. In the past other carpet cleaners have come up with excuses why they could not things I had been told would be done. Luke and Orlando vacuumed, pretreated areas, cleaned with the buffer and wand, cleaned my baseboards and moved furniture. It was also great that there were 2 people on site because with the truck mounted unit one person could help with the hose. So there were no marks on my walls from someone dragging a hose around a corner. Extremely happy with the service I received. Everyone I delt with was very professional. I have used zero-rez twice and another highly-reviewed carpet cleaner once, (who stole money from me) - I had no proof of course, as I don't have cameras set up in all my rooms, so what could I do and to put something like that in a yelp review, could get me sued. So, I never reviewed that one or called him back. Zero - Rez - I thought did ok, both times I used them, but I was hoping to find another company who also did not use soap but was a little cheaper. Turns out, I paid close to the same by using All Star Chem-Dry, but in the future, I would use this company instead anyway, because they put more effort into my carpet than zero res did and they were more professional. For one, I got a call the day before, to remind me of the day and time. Then on the day of the appointment, they kindly called me to let me know they'd be here in 30 minutes. Both guys were so professional, friendly, helpful, and really hard-working, to try their best to get my 13-year old carpet as clean as it could possibly get. Another great thing about them is that, unlike other highly-rated yelp carpet cleaners, they won't ask you to estimate how many feet it is from your front door to the parking space so they'll know if their hoses will reach. One company told me they'd need 75 feet and I asked if they could just come out anyway and give me an estimate to try and see because I didn't know and they said no! Who knows, maybe the distance was less than 75 feet, but they don't care because they have too much business anyway and don't need new customers.
