When I went to start it on Sunday, it was having issues. I called AAA and had it towed to the dealer service since it's a brand new car under warranty. Well, guess what--my gas was contaminated. Now my car requires major repairs through my insurance. And you know what else this made me realize? This could be the reason I had to buy a new car in the first place. I had been going to this same gas station with my previous car and started having issues around March 2025--puttering, stalling, and shutting off. I took it back and forth to the mechanic, but they never thought to check the fuel, even after replacing the fuel pump, and the problems continued. Why? Probably because I kept filling up here without knowing the gas was bad. It became dangerous to drive, so I ended up buying another car in July 2025. And now this car is damaged too. So this is a warning to everyone: if you're having fuel-related issues, have your gas checked, and I would avoid this station. I started doing research and wish I had thought to look into this sooner--it might have saved me. There are multiple public reports of bad or contaminated fuel at this location dating back to late September 2022. I am so mad. I've reported this to all the appropriate resources in hopes of preventing this from happening to others.

So I ended up paying twice to have my car washed because of an issue with their machine? I have been washing my car at this service center for years. Everytime I go here this man comes out and does a lap while I am pumping gas. He doesn't ask if I need help or anything. He is literally going outside to stare at me. I don't have a ghetto car. My car is always clean. It is only two years old. I come after work so my clothes aren't ghetto looking either. This is a nice area but this is not a nice gas station. No one comes here and I do love it how there are always plenty of pumps open. There are buckets of plain water if you want to try and wipe down your windows. The actual pumps you use to get the gas are very easy to use. When you go inside to talk to the person inside, they don't notice you because they're watching the cameras. The location of this gas station is nice. It is right by the 680. The problem is, there are six other gas stations all in this same area if you want to count the two stations a bit further down the same street. Rumor is Costco is even building a huge station too. There are much nicer and safer gas stations that are more brightly lit than this one.

Not going here ever again, their gas prices are high and now we know that the carwash and customer service are terrible. I heard bad things about the service at this place but I kept going. Not anymore. A note to the owners: having people working there who cannot communicate well or understand well what the customers are saying is highly dangerous, considering this is a gas station.
