And what I like about this pharmacy is thier CVS Cards! I like getting weekly coupons and deals, and aside from that , they send you a 25% discount card that you get from the mail monthly which is cool! This one over here in RH Johnson's is very nice, I mean their staffs are amazing! I have two favorites here, Tanya & Janice. They are very nice and sweet, they became my friends already ^_^ Their store is clean and organized. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful too! Keep it up!

Because I've spent time behind the counter, I understand what pharmacies are capable of doing to prevent delays, address insurance declines, explore savings options, order medications ahead of time, and keep customers informed. Unfortunately, after years of trying nearly every retail pharmacy in our area, I had grown accustomed to delays, poor follow-through, and unnecessary complications--until finding Walgreens Store #7110. This pharmacy consistently does all the things a great pharmacy should do. Prescriptions are filled promptly, medications are ordered with enough foresight to help prevent gaps, and I receive updates when something needs attention. If the staff says they will follow up in the morning, they actually do. Even when other pharmacies have been completely out of medications my household needs, this location has often had them available. Every member of the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged. Their flow, their presence with customers, and the timeliness of their work show how hard they work and how seriously they take the importance of every medication they handle. That level of attention to detail should be standard in pharmacy care, but it is increasingly difficult to find--and this team delivers it consistently. Customers have no idea the challenges a pharmacy can face in one script, you handle it all amazing! I can honestly say this may be the one pharmacy that operates even better than the excellent store where I once worked. You all deserve so much credit for the work you do every day. The line wasn't very long which was nice so I waited and when I got to the front of the line the young girl with short darker brown hair asked for my name and DOB. She got my scripts and I told her I had a coupon code with good RX to apply to reduce the cost of my medications. She proceeded to ARGUE with me that the "LOWEST" discounted price was the one listed to which I challenged because good rx lets you plug in your rx to get the lowest price they both should've been $9 totaling $18. I wouldn't take no for an answer and demanded the code be entered. She moved me over to the "pick up" consultation area and passed me off to another staff member to assist. He the. Proceeded to ARGUE with me that the lowest discounted price was already on the script. I told him to plug in the coupon code information and although RELUCTANT he FINALLY LISTENED. Low and behold there WERE BETTER LOWER prices for both my rx's so rather than spending almost $50 on two scripts I had to wait for him to print a new label with the discounted prices totaling $18. I was told to wait by the pick up line and he would call me to pay when the new labels were printed. I was fine to wait I sat in the chair and when he called me I went up to pay and the SAME girl who REFUSED to discount my meds in the first place told me I would need to wait in line AGAIN. WHAT?!? Because she was too lazy and in competent to discount my scripts to begin with when I had already waited in line twice and had to argue with two staff to get them to use my coupon code. The gentleman in line told me to go ahead which CLEARLY pissed off the girl that told me to get in line and she told me again to get in line and I told her that he let me go first since I was already waiting there prior to him anyways. She rolled her eyes and ignored me walking to the drive thru window. Another kid ended up assisting me and then he couldn't locate the scripts that I had just pointed to that were in the basket that his coworker just put them in by the pick up window with the new labels. Are you kidding me?! It's a small area back there with ZERO communication amongst the staff. The whole experience was asinine, it was like a circus in there. Made an appointment for elderly parents to get Covid boosters (as we've done many times before). Elderly parents show up and are told that Medicare doesn't cover the booster. They leave. I'm confused and call Medicare and am told that Medicare covers them. I call to explain to Kate that Medicare does indeed cover them. Kate can't seem to accept that she is wrong and instead is rude and condescending. We make an appointment at a different CVS pharmacy and have ZERO issues--get the booster & Medicare pays. It's extremely annoying dealing with a condesceding know-it-all who knows nothing. Had she simply taken the time to call Medicare and learn what she had to do, I'd be writing a positive review. She may also consider having some compassion and empathy for elderly people. I'm guessing it's not unusual for people on Medicare to go to the pharmacy to get vaccines--please get the proper training!
