I asked for a vanilla latte and chose three pastry items: a raspberry tart, a peanut butter & chocolate cookie, and a croissant with raspberry filling. She also presented me with a complimentary cinnamon puff pastry. I decided to enjoy them all there and sat at a counter-type table. The latte was excellent with a vivid vanilla flavor. The puff pastry was crisp and the coating of cinnamon was delicious. The raspberry tart had a chocolate coating on the interior base of the crust. The custard was light and the raspberries and blueberries were fresh and flavorful. The raspberries had sprinkles of gold on them which sparkled in the light. The tart as a whole was not overly sweet which was nice. The cookie was really yummy, again, not overly sweet. The chocolate and peanut butter chips were huge and made for a fantastic cookie. My favorite thing was the raspberry croissant. The croissant was soft inside and flakey outside; perfectly made. The raspberry filling was amazing, far beyond my flavor expectations. Incredible. Aside from the amazing individual packaging, I also love that noonerz offers many salad and sandwich options, many with the option to add a dessert and or appetizer. The rosemary bread is also SO delicious!! One request from my side would be to have the option to remove meat from the salads as we have one vegetarian who is a bit limited with their ordering options so a bit tricky for me when I just want to do noonerz orders every day of the week for my group. My absolute favorite was the s'mores Belgian waffle. The marshmallow and chocolate drizzle on top is so good, and it had that perfect balance of sweet without being overwhelming. The chocolate croissant with chocolate crème in the middle and the powdered sugar-filled donuts were also delicious. I can't stop thinking about them! If you're nearby, it's well worth a stop. The evening before my brother's fiancée's birthday, my parents and I visited the store to order a cake for the celebration. We were assisted by an employee named Aiden. From the beginning, he showed little to no customer service--there was no greeting, friendliness, or engagement during the interaction. Despite this, we continued with the order and specifically requested a fresh cake to be picked up the following day at 3:00 PM. The next day, when my mother and brother went to pick up the cake, my mother noticed that the display cake that had been in the case the previous evening was no longer there. She asked Aiden if the cake he gave them was the display cake. Instead of responding, he simply stared at her and did not answer the question. My brother also noticed the lack of basic customer service and found the interaction very strange and unprofessional. Later that day, we brought the cake home and served it during the celebration. As soon as we cut into it, everyone noticed the cake was very different and tasted horrible. It tasted stale and dry. The strawberries were very mushy and smelled spoiled. None of us finished our cake slices and still have a large portion remaining. The following day, I called the store to explain the situation. A female employee answered the phone and told me she was busy with customers but would call me back shortly to sort out the issue. About 30 minutes later, I received a call back, and it was Aiden again. I explained everything that happened, but once again he showed no concern, empathy, or professionalism. When I asked about my mother's question regarding whether the cake was the display cake, he claimed he "didn't hear" her question. He did not apologize for the experience and simply offered a free slice of cake as compensation. My family and I have purchased cakes from this location several times before and have always enjoyed both the quality of the cakes and the customer service. In fact, my family has owned restaurants and businesses ourselves, so we understand very well how important customer service and quality are in the hospitality industry. This is not the way customers should be treated, which is why this experience was so disappointing to us. This is the first time we have ever had to complain. We were very surprised that a cake we specifically requested to be fresh tasted bad and have been displayed for days. Aiden also mentioned that cakes and pastries can remain out for up to two days, which was concerning given the quality we experienced. We truly loved this location and had always enjoyed coming here in the past. Unfortunately, what could have been a small issue turned into a very negative experience due to the lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care from the manager on duty. Because of this experience, my family and I will no longer be returning to this location in the future. I hope this issue can be addressed so other customers do not experience the same situation.

At this point, my kids know Jake by sight, and ask for Aliso Coffee and Donuts specifically. The service isn't just friendly, these guys run a tight ship. I remember coming back after the new owners bought the shop, seeing the young folks running the operation, and assuming the service might be a little sloppy; but that ended up being completely unfounded, as these kids clearly take pride in the work they do. I'm the great deal is if you buy a meal guy can get buy 1 cookie get one free up to 3x (ie buy 3 cookies and get 3 free). If you want a healthy sandwich then this would be the choice (I'm told it has more options than dizzy bird y a worker in line).
