Kay (the owner) told us quite about about her focus on Northern Indian cuisine, which is less hot, so this is a great place for beginners - especially on Saturday or Sunday when there's a buffet with a good variety of items and good quality. Their staff is well-trained and friendly. The gentleman who was working on Saturday took plenty of time to explain dishes on the buffet and was obviously well-aware of how the food was made. I can't eat dairy, and a lot of Indian dishes have cream, yogurt, or butter, but they had 3 dairy-free dishes on the buffet!
