I got a chance to visit safi laundry during their Grand opening weekend! I was in awe of their wonderful customer service and appreciated some of the specials that were offered that weekend. (P.s I got a free dry special for all my loads...what!!!!!) So awesome! I'm personally inspired by this laundry store as it is modern, clean, pretty, with numerous new machines, has sufficient parking spots and the staff (including the owners) are friendly and efficient. This place recently has been remodeled, it is nicely done. All machines work flawless. You do need their Safi reload card to use everything from washing machine, vending machine and bathroom. This place is very clean. There is limited washing machines since this laundromat isn't as big as most other laundromats. I'm fortunate enough I haven't ever waited for machines or dryers to open up. The Staff are friendly. Face masks is enforced. They now reward you a $5 gift card if you have your COVID-19 vaccination card. read more

Washer broke in the townhouse I'm staying in so had to find a laundromat to get my clothes washed. I drove to three other laundromats and just couldn't be asked. This place has such an efficient and easy to use system. I love that it's quarter less. It's 2023, no one carries cash. It's very clean and well kept. They had a giant tv playing movies in the back and there were several kids gathered around watching. It was a really cool environment! read more

As always, excellent customer service by staff. It was extremely busy and Kenny and Willis did a great job of helping people tonight and keeping the place super clean. I got there at six but, it was so busy I ended up not leaving until after 9 o'clock. Three of us were rushing to get our stuff and get out of there because it was closed but, Kenny was more then understanding with us and we greatly appreciate it. Again, Kenny went above and beyond and we are all very thankful for that. On that note, we were saddened to learn his trainee Willis quit on him tonight and left before closing up. I stumbled on Safi laundry after the laundromat I used to go to large machines were broken because they were close and had a high yelp rating which seems weird for a laundromat. In any case, I went there to do 15 large black bags of laundry and their 3 80 gal machines and 2 60 gal machines let me get through that in 3 hours including the washing and drying for less than $100 and (wash and fold services are $750 at other businesses) so this seemed like a deal doing it ourselves. They also gave a $5 bonus because of the laundry card. That laundrycard saved me from carrying around a large amount of coin and was fast to simply charge 9.75 for the machine on the card instead of putting in 39 quarters. They have Netflix to watch and new washers and dryers. The card also works in the vending machines which makes a lot of sense and there is a Wendy's if anyone gets hungry. Overall, the 20 dryers I used were also able to dry and all were hot. Great laundromat for something as simple as doing laundry. read more

I delt with one of their employees (Virgina) not naming names but she was one of the most rude people I ever met and the way she helped me and spoke to me was in the upmost stuck up ways. Like I was a burden using their services. And when i did get my laundry back it was all not folded correctly and messy, like she did it on purpose. Wow I am so disappointed in this facility,when I first started coming here a year ago it was clean and managed and new and felt like a place that had class and integrity. Over time the people that cared and made this place have left or moved on. The only one left that I see is Virginia and when she's not here this place is disgusting dirty free for all and the manager here today I truly don't understand why she lets multiple washers sit filled with washed clothe unattended and refuses to empty them or locate the inconsiderate """"""" that's supposed to responsible. I came here because I had tons of laundry to do before my trip with my queen pillow cases, duvet, duvet cover, sheets and all that on top of clothes and didn't want to wash load after load at home so I hopped on yelp and saw the amazing reviews this place had and made my way over, was left impressed and definitely not disappointed. I came here around 12 pm and was able to park right in the front in the designated laundromat parking spaces huge plus since I literally had 3 full garbage bags of laundry and I was able to make one one trip using their laundry cart which are available for use. You will need their laundry card to be able to use the washing machines, dryer, vending machine and the bathroom. Pay cash as you do get a bonus, you also get a $5.00 credit if you show you're covid-19 vaccine card (thank you!). This place is kept really clean, I mean immaculate clean as in even no fingerprints on the machines. All the cleaning and maintenance seems to be done by a beautiful and sweet older Hispanic woman that I had a pleasure to have a conversation with for the time I was there. They also have hang sanitizer if needed. I'm very happy I found this place! They also offer laundry drop off same day or next day at ridiculously reasonable prices. If I was not on vacation and had to do the amount of laundry I did that day I'd definitely take this offer up. The washing machines washed my clothes nicely! Got my laundry done for drop off and pick up service. Two pairs of shorts were stolen from my laundry. Both nice expensive Lululemon shorts, one black size Medium 5 in and one graphic blue style. Wow...it is rare to get customer service this good. I value good service and quality work above all else as a customer, and I got both with Safi. Our dryer needed to be serviced with two wet loads already washed. We are a family of four, and I was in the middle of a whole weeks worth of laundry when I had to stop using the dryer. We've also had our kitchen under construction for a year, so I needed a low stress solution. I contacted Safi through Yelp and scheduled a pick up for wash and fold the same day and delivery the following day. I had Terry for pick up and Linda for delivery. They were both very friendly. Friendly delivery service is the closest thing I get to human in-person interactions these days, so I appreciate it even more than ever before.
