We've been here many times over the past 5 years and today was very disappointing! Waited 53 minutes for our food with only our first set of drinks. Three of the four of us got food but the other member (who, ironically had ordered a salad), waited 9 mins more then asked for the manager, who was no help at all. She apologized and that was it. I asked to be compensated in some way. Bill came and nothing taken off. Asked again and received $5 off. Very, very poor customer service. Cuisine is very Americana and they give you plenty of it. You can also order an aperitif of your fave brunch cocktails, like orange juice and champagne. Sometimes because of the crowd you can wait up to 45 mins for your meal but it does not happen often and the wait staff are attentive and congenial. Lunch recently with a granddaughter and her friend. We were seated outside after a short wait. Our server responded quickly for drink orders. Rotating fans kept us pleasantly cool. Our orders did not come out at the same time. 2 orders came 5-6 minutes after the first. Also, fries came 3-4 minutes after that. All said, the sandwiches were delicious. Talks to customers like she is unhappy to be here. she was rude about where you want to sit. We were seated immediately, drinks ordered and promptly delivered, we weren't ready to order and there didn't seem to be a overwhelming crowd when I looked inside, after waiting 20 minutes, to say to the greeter " could you please tell our server we are ready to order. She came out and apologized, our food was good, I went with the special sirloin & shrimp eggs Benedict, with potatoes. Stephanie ordered 2 eggs over easy, with sausage and toast. Brianna ordered the hunters skillet. I didn't like the sirloin flavor at all, and didn't expect it to be shredded. I can't believe that they mess up one of my favorite breakfasts, Corned Beef Hash with Poached Eggs with one simple but deplorable ingredient for that dish: Green Peppers. Even the waitress admitted that they get lots of complaints on that, but they fail to change it. I like green peppers in certain meals, but not this one.
