I called the store to try and resolve the issue directly. A woman asked me to text a picture of the arrangement and said her manager would call me back the next day. No one called. When I followed up with a text, she was super rude, telling me not to contact her personal phone, which she was the one who gave me. I had to call the store again. I spoke to the original person who took my order, and he admitted they had been discussing it. He offered only a 20% discount and finally admitted they couldn't fulfill the order the way I wanted because of the low weekend inventory. I was extremely disappointed that I had to chase them down and that they had been discussing my complaint without bothering to call me. There was a complete failure in communication. The product was poor, the service was terrible, and I absolutely would not recommend this place.
