Hi one of the main reasons I rated this location a 5 star was because of the wonderful young stylist name Dominique!!! She is the best!!! I've gone with her twice now and both times she nailed it and knew exactly what I was talking about. Dominique from the moment she starts doing your hair she lets you know every step she's doing to you. Not like other hairstylist that just does your hair and not tell you anything and your thinking "what's going on???" A women's hair is very important and Dominique left me at ease. Not only that but she's very friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. When I got my hair done the first time she texted me and let me know I was up for a touch up. Dominique really keeps in touch with her clients and doesn't just do their hair and forgets about them. When I say she's the best! I really mean it!! About the actual building this place is very cute and they play music and it's a very nice environment. Sometimes there's a lot going on at a hair salon. I'm a little overdue for my review (got my hair coloring done in November for my birthday). Brenda did my coloring and OMG she has awesome hands. But outside of that, I loved how she was helping me understand how to care for my hair afterward. I was telling her how I'm really bad at self care and have been falling off on taking care of my hair but wanted to take care of her work that she would do on me; she definitely made me feel comfortable and she did an awesome job at keeping my length. Probably one of my MOST UNCOMFORTABLE salon visits ever. Came here yesterday with desperate need of a chop off my hair. I've always had medium to long hair and wanted to big change. I was nervous, but excited. Upon arrival the hair stylist made it a point to say she only likes long hair. Like ok, did I ask? We had texted before and I showed her what I wanted. When I got there, she seemed more nervous to chop off my hair then I did. I told her I wanted it short, but she preferred to keep it as long as possible. I told her I wanted layers, but she told me it wouldn't look good. She said that After she cut and blow dried my hair, we can see if I want it shorter. I did want it shorter. She proceeded to cut it shorter but with some aggression as if she was annoyed. I wasn't happy with my hair, but I didn't want to be more of a burden because that is how she made me feel, so I still tipped her more than 40%. I left super unsatisfied, my hair was just blah and nothing close to what I wanted. Luckily I was able to get an appointment at a different salon where the hair stylist gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and left today super happy. read more

I don't know the person's name but she was super helpful and had me text her a picture of my bad haircut. She made an appointment for me at 6:30 ON A SUNDAY with Brenda. When I arrived, Brenda was ready for me. She listened patiently to my hair dilemma drama and listened to what I actually wanted. She repeated what I wanted to make sure we were on the same page. You know how Donna and Tom do a "treat yo self" in Beverly Hills? I had the same inclination while on vacation and stopped in to get a lash lift. Nicole was the best!
