(My husband has traveled to India, and we frequently eat Indian foods, but we are not experts.) We ate a Veg Platter appetizer (samosa, aloo tikki, veg pakora, and paneer pakora), Butter Chicken (with a customized spiciness), Palak Paneer (spinach and cheese with a customized spiciness), Garlic Naan, Mango Masti (sort of like a mango smoothie with ice cream), and Hot Masala Chai.
