We dined on a Sunday night around 8 PM and were seated right away, which was a great start. We…read moreordered the mixed grill plate, a Nutella shake, and I asked for water. The salad and hummus came out within a few minutes and the food itself was actually very good. No water given at this time. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We waited almost an hour for our main entrée, had to ask for the water again, and the Nutella shake we ordered was never served at all. Our server was not attentive throughout the night. One more thing to watch out for -- a 15% tip was automatically added to the bill, so make sure to check before paying. The food was enjoyable, but the poor service really affected the overall experience.

Pot of Arabian coffee was fresh. The meat in the mixed grill was alright. The waitress was ditzy and not too attentive. When the waitress wasn't anywhere to be found I asked the bus boy for two to go boxes, he gave me a mean look and didn't speak. The waitress didn't serve water for my guest and I. Also she didn't ask if we wanted any dessert. I found better restaurants with much better service in the area that's where I will dine at in the future. Also the waitress didn't offer my guest and I any water or asked us if we'd like any dessert.

Very nice people, who will not hesitate to convince you of their food by offering you free falafel samples. Highly recommend going there. I will be back for sure.

So, I was in the mood for shawarma and I've been looking on Google/Yelp/TikTok/IG. I found out…read moreabout this place because it was highly rated on Google and Yelp. I looked them up on TikTok and the reviews were equal to the written ones. Usually, I take whatever those "influencers" say with a grain of salt because they think everything is good. They have no standards. However, for this place they were right on the money. This is a small shop and the parking lot is kind of weird. You can easily find a spot here since it's mostly a takeout place. They have 3 barstools for waiting for your food. They also have a tiny table that seats 2 inside and a table outside. It's a true mom and pop shop. The wife hands you a free falafel with hummus. The falafel is crispy outside and the inside is very fresh. Nothing is dry. The couple is very kind and generous. The prices are great for what you get. They are closed on Sundays and they are open late. I got the chicken shawarma sandwich and beef shawafel sandwich. The chicken shawarma had slices of marinated chicken thighs along with the house salad and sauce. It was amazing. I really enjoyed how tender the chicken was. It went great with the sauce and salad. The beef shawafel was about the same except it has beef and falafel in it. It was equally as good as the chicken. You can also get shawarmas in a wrap or a platter, but I prefer getting them in a classic pita. I know where to go if I have a craving for shawarma.
