We ordered a thin-crust pizza with spinach, green pepper, half sausage, along with an order of onion rings. The pizza was excellent: a crisp, cracker-style crust with just the right amount of char, a sweet but not overpowering tomato sauce, good-quality toppings (would like more, though), and just enough grease to remind you that pizza is supposed to be a little indulgent. Now, don't get carried away--I'm not saying it's exactly like Palermo's. It's more like if Vito & Nick's and Palermo's had a baby. The onion rings were okay, although I'm still searching for something like the ones from the long-closed Hickory Pit. Overall, I really enjoyed the pizza and will definitely be back.

The place was jumping (I was there about 6pm on Saturday), and it seemed like a nice overall vibe. Ok so I pick up my order and get back to the crib! First, the pizza: both pizzas were really good. Nice amount of cheese, nice amount of sausage, for both, nice amount of sauce. Now the pizza was good,let me be clear, but on the box it says the 'best pizza in the world'. So my honest opinion is that is it better than all the other pizza places in the area (Domino's, Nonna's, etc)? YES...easily! Is Paisans better than Beggars Pizza? I say yes, my wife says no. Either way, we both agree that they have some good pizza! The garlic parmesan wings lived up to the hype. Crispy wings, nice amount of seasoning, not overpowering. As for the Southwestern egg rolls, this was the only thing I ordered where I was like 'meh'. The shell wasn't really crispy, I think it was a bit bland, and the sauce cup had opened up and spilled in its takeout box. Put it this way...Chili's Southwestern egg rolls are much better, by comparison, in terms of flavor. All in all, this was not a bad eating experience. The food was good all around, and for me, only the egg rolls could have been better. Also, the food was a little on the expensive side....so that is something to keep in mind also. So, does this mean we'll be back? Absolutely! We did this to shorten the wait for dinner because we were hungry. Also, Monday is their 1/2 price any size pizza day for dine in or take out. Our server, who we think is one of the owners came back and we ordered a draft beer and wine. They offer beer and wine. I didn't see any mixed drinks, but I'm not sure. Our drinks came right away. The pizza arrived and we really enjoyed it. It had a thing crisp crust with a glaze of tomato sauce. I would order extra sauce next time, but most probably enjoy it the way it came out. The sausage was tasty and the mushrooms and jalapeño were fresh, not canned (bonus). It was topped with an adequate amount of mozzarella. Not good at giving ratings, but I would say 8 out of 10 which is high to our taste. Shortly after our pizza arrived the place literally filled up and there was a line for people picking up. We will definitely be back. Now one of our favorites in the area.

With Trinity closing, I won't be around anymore, but I want to thank you for all the years of fueling my four-hour night classes. You are one of the best restaurants in Palos and one of the things that I'll miss the most.

My cousin brought some food over my house long time ago and loved the food, last week I went to that place to order some food but changed my mind the minute I got inside the place... it's dirty... chicken in filthy containers.. and more disgusting views i won't mention now. Bottom line is the food is very good but that's not all you need to succeed in a restaurant business. Thanks to its consistently delicious food, this establishment has become our top choice. I can't get enough of their garlic-grilled chicken; the fresh flavor is outstanding. The chicken in general was very succulent and moist. Easily in my top 3 favorite fried chicken places period. I believe the wings came with one biscuit and fries. The biscuit was not dry and honey flavored. The fries were crunchy and seasoned. The mashed potatoes were okay, Popeyes does it better. The mac and cheese tasted different.
