Omg this is the best salon I have ever been too. I have found my new nail salon, lash salon, head spa, etc. me and my boyfriend got pedicures and I got a manicure. This is the most amazing service and they also look so good. It's so SOO clean and very modern in the shop. I love it hereee

This is NO longer paradise nails. It's been completely remodeled , all new chairs & decor. It's now The Nail Lounge Came in to get my 11 year old a gel mani and pedi. $100!!!!!! No beverages served. Was pressured sooooo many times to get my own pedicure done. After 3 times of saying no I was then asked to get my eye brows done. The tech honestly Seemed upset I wasn't getting any services done and the entire time she complained about my daughters nails being TOO SMALL, she told my daughter like 3 times and told me twice ... like ok but what do you want me to do about her nails being small? While my daughter got her pedicure they very nicely offered me to sit in one of the chairs next to her even though I wasn't getting a service done which was very nice the actual pedicure and nails were done perfectly but based on service and service alone in the high pressure selling we will not be back

I had a 2pm appt thru class pass and arrived at 1:45, but wasn't attended until 2:20pm. The place was pretty dirty. Where they sat me was what appeared to be an already used towel and below the desk was a mess of whatever they file off of nails. I stayed because I thought the service would be worth it, but it was ok at best. I don't recommend this place and won't be coming back.

I am a nail biter so any sharp ridges or anything pickable will be picked!! But Lam is a genius and his skill and personality are awesome!!! He always makes sure I am 100% happy before I leave!! Look at nails now!!! Thank you!!! Anyone reading this should give them especially Lam a shout!!!

Just went in for a basic pedicure was able to walk in and not have to wait. They didn't pressure me for Joe. They didn't pressure me for upgrading. She didn't cut me. $38 She let me do my work on my phone and didn't make me uncomfortable talking about me to her coworker in and out, take cash cards or $1 charge. read more

Safety concern! I came in before closing and did not end up finishing my pedicure for safety reasons. The tech was clearly on drugs and kept telling me he wasn't on meth even though I never asked. He told the owners to go ahead and leave and he would lock up - meaning I was going to be left alone with him in the salon. I asked the owners to stay as it was already near 8pm by the time he was only halfway through my pedicure. The owners left when the cleaning crew came so I decided to stop my pedicure and leave. I was not sure how long the cleaning crew would be there so I had to leave before they did. Will not be left alone in their salon when the only employee is a male on drugs. read more

I've been twice now with my daughter and we got the pedicure done by the Very Entertaining Cinnamon. We could not stop laughing and I was Extremely Happy with my cute toes Next I got a Fresh Full Set by TJ, I should have added a picture (next time) I was also Extremely Happy Needless to say, I passed up quite a few nail shops to get to them but it was worth it. I Highly Recommend read more

Sub par quality nails and pedicures...if it's anyone else besides the main guy and main woman. My gel polish came off of my toe five days after I had them done the sixth day my acrylic nail popped up and off on the seventh day. I went there to have it fixed. They did it for free since it was in a week grace period. Not satisfied with their work at all. read more

I can't believe it's going on 3 yrs I've been going to this nail salon. I see Candy almost every time to get my nails, and eyebrows done. She is by far the best nail tech I've ever been to. She is so gentle and a perfectionist. I love that because I never walk out dissatisfied. Everyone there is just as talented and professional as her. I get a warm welcome every time I enter the door and everyone is so sociable. They play awesome music, and definitely have a great vibe read more

This place is amazing . It is nearby my house so I checked it out . The staff are friendly . Especially the owner, Candy. She does the best job waxing my eyebrows . She does them just the right size and shape . When it comes to nails , this place also does a fantastic job! When I have my nails done with them , they last up to 1 and a half months ! They're very meticulous here . I've also had some designs done by them and they turned out amazing . Needless to say, I have been here many times and will keep coming back. Oh and they also does an amazing foot spa ! I've recommended them to my family before and they also loved their service. Well deserved 5 stars. read more

I love that they're open until 9pm on the weekends. Unfortunately they do not have the fan to dry your natural normal manicure. Gel and acrylic are so bad for your health, so I only do natural nails. This place didn't do the best job, and was on the pricy side for what you get. $60 for a basic mani/pedi, with nothing included (massage, salt scrub, etc.) and no fan to even dry your nails. :( read more

Honestly was a bit disappointed with the experience and my nails. The last time I came here, the salon was called "Paradise Nails" but is now changed to "The Nail Lounge". The first time I came here back in December 2019, my experience was amazing. I forgot who did my nails but she did absolutely phenomenal at making sure they were exactly how I liked it and that it suited my expectations, not to mention she made small talk which was nice. Although this time when I came back, it was not as great as last time. I asked for these chocolate swirl nails, but for some reason my nail tech couldn't do it, so I changed to a different color but still somewhat the same design. The thing with acrylics, I thought there's supposed to be a slight arch where the strongest point is to keep your nails from breaking, but almost all the nails are completely flat or have the smallest arch. The way she did it made my nails lowkey look a bit sloppy if you look up close. In some parts it looks gloopy and just half-assed. My nail tech didn't even bother fixing up my cuticles or anything before starting as well which makes it look even worse. And during the painting, she got some polish where there wasn't supposed to be, but didn't bother to fix it or clean it up. Also, the nail tech was being very aggressive while filing my nails and it hurt a lot. She also kept calling people on her phone and stopping every so often to go pick up the phone. I don't understand why she couldn't keep her phone off and why they couldn't have someone at the front desk to answer the calls. It was wasting my time and I just wanted to get in and out of there. At the end, I had parts of nail polish on my hands that she didn't even clean off for me. Given that these nails costed $75, you would think they would put some more effort into making it look nice. I also wanted to add the letter "Y" to one of my nails because my boyfriend's name starts with it. I felt as though they were talking behind my back about it because they're were saying things and then saying Y. It could just be me but I honestly felt like they were talking shit which is rude considering I'm a customer paying for your services. Next time, I'll find another place because this salon really disappointed me this time. But I am somewhat happy with my nails as they don't look horrible from afar. I just wish they turned out a little neater is all and I still wish I got what I originally wanted. read more

Tried this place after going to the same nail tech for almost 6 years. I was really reluctant because you never know what you're going to get. When I tell you this was the best choice I ever made, please believe me. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. Adele took her time, was super cool and a great conversationalist. I'm extremely happy with her work, and I can't wait to go back. I honestly can't believe they weren't busier on a Saturday evening. Do not sleep on this nail shop people. Haven't got my nails done in a while so I thought it'd be a nice treat. Quality is just not it for the price I paid. Especially if shown the inspiration picture, you'd be shocked. Chunky french tip with uneven bases. Hair and lint stuck under my GEL manicure and it hasn't even been 12 hrs and my left hand is already fading :( read more

Not to say he maybe wasn't trying, but I know this shop does sway better work. 75$ and I'm leaving upset. I do come here often since it's close to my boyfriends house, and I'm pretty annoyed. It was a waste of money and 2 hours of my time. I only have one day off a week from work, and this time I made sure to make time to get nails painted for my job tomorrow. This is my second time coming to this shop and Kelby did my mail. I did not have an appointment but I was able to be seen right away. It look less than an hour and I love my nails. There are a lot of shops in the area but this one is my favorite. I am going to try some of the designs next time !!! I've already told my aunt and grandma that they have to come here. Went to this salon for the first time on Tuesday for a fill and design. The artist did not want to do the design on all 10 fingers so I ended up settling for 4. On Thursday I went back in because the polish on my two index fingers was peeling off. They fixed it free of charge. Less than 3 hours later the two nails she repainted over were peeling again. She also redid a top coat on 2 other fingers while I was there and it began to peel off on those fingers as well that same night. I went back first thing Friday morning and she repainted them again free of charge. She said it wasn't her fault or my fault, it was the gel dryers fault so she used a different dryer. Here we are Monday, less than a week from the original fill and the polish is peeling off again. I won't be going back for a 3rd time to fix this same problem. I will not be returning as I cannot trust the quality of their products. read more

What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! I haven't had the mental bandwidth to deal with this just yet, nor has my schedule permitted.

Firstly, as someone who prefers natural nails, I was let down to find that the salon lacked a fan for drying natural manicures. It's important to me to avoid the potential health risks associated with gel and acrylic nails, so I rely on proper drying techniques for my preference. Furthermore, the overall quality of the service I received fell short of my expectations. Considering the price of $60 for a basic mani/pedi, I was hoping for a more satisfying outcome. Regrettably, the salon did not provide any additional perks like massages or salt scrubs, making the experience feel underwhelming and overpriced. In conclusion, while I appreciate the Nail Lounge's convenient weekend hours, the absence of a nail-drying fan for natural manicures, coupled with the lackluster service and high pricing, left me dissatisfied. Went to Sahara Nails again they never fail me. They always amaze me and this time I allowed Thomas to do my nails and he did an extremely an amazing job. Normally, I always have Wendy to do my nails, but she did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure ever. I will forever go to this place because all the nail technicians are amazing. I seen all of their work. They're really good on the designs. I mean you can't go wrong. I just don't know what else to say about this nail shop. I love it here. If you're thinking twice, don't think twice go here get your nails done. Get your feet done manicure pedicure. Have them to do your design. Amazing staff and quality of work!! I was in town for new years and needed me nails done, my husband called and made an appointment, they were so nice, professional and accommodating. I was able to show them what I wanted and TJ made my nails beautiful and exactly how I wanted. He kept checking on my throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied and listed to my input. I drive all the way from Lake Las Vegas so Alvin can do my hair...He is a master colorist! Eric does my pedicure and Natalie does my French nails. I love them all. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. As long as I live in Vegas, I will continue to go to Paradise Nair Bar and Salon. This salon is great and VERY sanitary. They line the pedicure bowls with plastic and take their tools from the autoclave. The staff is very friendly and you don't feel rushed.
