    Summer rolls

Our server, who was working alone, was fabulous. She recommended dishes and did a wonderful job with the Bananas Foster! (Worth it just for the spectacle) Although the summer rolls were a bit gummy, our entrées received rave reviews all around.

Incredible food everytime and best around! Always hard to decide between the curry and fried rice but can never go wrong with the pho saté!

Great lunch spot. Very fast and friendly. Portion size is pretty good. So the have French and Asian (Vietnamese) food. Some of the dishes are fusion and some are regular French items or regular Vietnamese items. Place is clean food is fresh. It's a great place to grab lunch.

We went on Easter Sunday and had a reservation although it wasn't crowded enough to need one. Breakfast and lunch options were available so some of us breakfast while other had lunch. We all enjoyed our food. Lemongrass chicken, bbq pork and beef, and a type of pho were ordered for lunch. Another person had a traditional eggs , meat, and French toast breakfast. I had the Eggs Benedict with crab cake (instead of ham). It was excellent (although the English muffin need to be toasted longer because it was chewy). The side of potatoes was cooked perfectly. Vietnamese coffees is very good but order it immediately because it takes a while to drip brew. Nice interior. Classy but not pretentious. Attentive waitstaff. Good portion sizes and great value. With a wide range menu and quality food, I'll be going back.

My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to try the Saigon Paris for dinner as we were staying at a nearby hotel. The first thing that struck me was the lovely ambience - a bit formal but not pretentious. Linen table cloths, fresh roses, and a pianist softly playing in the background created a pleasant atmosphere. The menu was half Vietnamese and half French. I ordered the seafood pho and my husband had the sizzling rice with shrimp, salmon and scallops. Both meals came with salads and fresh dinner rolls. The food was delicious! Our entire bill, including a couple of soft drinks only came to $45. A pretty good deal considering the top notch quality of our meals coupled with the entertainment. We would definitely return!

Great meal tonight at Saigon Paris. Enjoyed their Lemongrass Beef. So tender and flavorful with good spice and fresh taste. Our group also enjoyed the curry Chicken, curry shrimp and meatball Pho. Each was excellent and liked by our group. Highly recommend for a fine dining experience without overly high costs.

First impressions, I wanted to run. There seemed to be no one in the parking lot on a Sunday Afternoon, but their reviews kept me walking in the door. When you walk inside, it feels almost like a scene in the twilight zone or the setting of a movie during the luncheon of a funeral. The walls are green and yellow, the booths are upholstered with a floral pattern, no service, and their music is faint seems a little awkward. After being seated you get over the awkwardness slightly. Their menu is expansive, almost overwhelming. I had to just take the recommendation of our server. They have everything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I ordered the lemon grass chicken and was surprised when our waiter dropped off soup, I didn't know it came with soup! It tasted like chicken noodle. I enjoyed it. The lemongrass chicken dish was a cutler seasoned and laid on top of vermicelli noodles and layered on top of ice berg lettuce. I was so confused when I saw no sauce and I thought the lemon drop soup was actually supposed to be put on the food. Good thing I was mistaken, the dressing came out. I was relieved when the neighboring table asked the waiter how to properly eat their meal, at least I wasn't the only one who felt challenged. Eating the dish itself I appreciated that it was a huge portion. Overall, I did not vibe with the whole experience. My family loved the pho though, so when we come back I will probably give it a go.

We also had the chicken and shrimp fried rice which is a favorite of ours. Sue told us she was born using chopsticks! David and I still struggle with them lol! Everything was delicious and piping hot. The Pho had the herbs, lime and jalapeño on the side. The fried rice had broth. David couldn't resist the chili sauce and then couldn't stop coughing! He does this every time and maybe he should just add a few drops instead of a teaspoon. We enjoyed everything we ate and the flavors were amazing! We love the up beat atmosphere and it just perks you up on a cold and rainy night.

Today is my day at Saigon Baguette located in Palm Pointe Shoppes just south of Page Field on South Cleveland Avenue. Wow, I remembered this location as a former Brazilian Grill many years ago! It is totally renovated with open space and decorated wall mural. Loved that paint of palm leaves on the wall. At one of front corners, they have a sofa and chairs. I assume it is for customers waiting for take-out orders! Is this another Banh Mi shop with Boba drinks? One look at the menu and you can tell it is above the normal Banh Mi or Baguette sandwiches. It listed Vermicelli salad Bowl, Banh Mi Chao, Pateso Cake and crab Rangoon and a Shaking Beef rice plate and other items! I ordered a Banh Mi Chao and a Taro Milk Tea for lunch as my taste test! What is Banh Mi Chao? Banh Mi Chao a rather popular, savory Vietnamese brunch or comfort food dish that tastes like a sizzling, elevated breakfast skillet. It consists of a hot pan filled with combinations of pâté, sunny-side-up eggs, sausages, meat balls, meats (like filet mignon, beef belly, or pork), and combined with tomato or soy-based sauce, served with a crispy baguette for dipping. That is a mouthful! This Banh Mi Chao is rich, creamy, and savory. When I dipped the baguette into that sauce, meat, and egg mixture, and biting into the baguette, I was in heaven! You normally ordered this at specialty Vietnamese cafes and brunch spots, offering a more customizable experience than a pre-made Banh Mi sandwich! The Taro Milk Tea suited me fine. I asked them to adjust to sweetness to my liking! Wonderful lunch. The owners are super friendly and answered many of my questions with wonderful recommendations. Will I or We go back? You bet! Shaking Beef with Pateso is implanted in my brain now.

I asked if they could cook it here. I don't want to have to use my electricity and resources at my place to heat up a food that y'all can cook. Yall trying to raise my bill a couple cents more? Lol And most importantly, when I get back to our place I want to sit down, relax, and eat right away not wait and have to cook the damn stuff cuz I'm hungry and if that's the case I could've just cooked something back at home without ordering food out at all. But anyways, I ordered the Beef and meatball pho soup and wife ordered the chicken vermicelli noodle bowls. We added pork egg rolls to the order, they were out off the veggie rolls. Food was really tasty and delicious for me. Wife said here's was ok. I think she had gotten a cold dish but mine was hot warm. It was a medium mild spicy which I forgot to ask if it was spicy and if they could do a mild for me. But that's on me/my fault. But even though it was spicy a little I actually enjoyed the Taste. I even poured the egg roll sauce in it and it was fantastic. I did NOT put the jalapeños in my bowl cuz I hate Spicy Hot! But overall I did enjoy my food. I will say I'd probably definitely be in here again for another order sometime soon. Girl at the front was very polite and kind and professional. I give this place full 5 stars. Good food.

There's signs everywhere through out the outlet with their advertisement. Great job! Coming from up North, banh mi is a staple up here. While visiting my family, my mom told me they just opened a new Banh mi place at the outlet. I immediately knew what I wanted for lunch after shopping. It had a great atmosphere and vibe to it. I liked that a lot. Food - the beef and egg banh mi was good. I paid extra for pate and butter but didn't really think it was enough... I compared it to my sister's banh mi and it was the same amount and she didn't pay for extra. The bread was toasty and crispy. The beef is very tender. Meat/veggie ratio to bread was the perfect amount. The addition of the egg made the banh mi so good. My only complaint was the extra pate and butter. I expect it to be dripping out the bread if I'm paying $2 for extra... lol Spring rolls were good also. Plump and stuffed. Peanut sauce was good. I did also tried their Vietnamese coffee but wasn't a fan. It was too sweet for me and texture was like a smoothie. I'm sure that's just my preference because others might like it.
