We just decided to try other pho shops, today we came back to give this shop another chance. We got sat and then no one came to talk to us. Waitresses kept walking past and ignoring all the tables being sat. They were busy figured someone would come acknowledge us and take our order or bring waters... nope. 20 mins go by nothing. Husband said let's just leave, I said let's give it a few more mins. Then after watching them take more customers in and not even attending to the ones who been waiting. I decided we should just leave as well. Great to be busy. But you need to be able to still run efficiently during those times. They just ignored their customers, without acknowledgement. We won't return based on the last two experiences. If you need a recommendation we go to Da Nang Bistro. 100/10 for experience/service.
