The food was top notch! Three of us split the steak roll, shrimp tempura roll, kale and Brussels salad, sticky pork ribs, and butter cake. We ate and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The salad was truly one of the best I've had. So flavorful. The ribs were fall off the bone. The pickled onions were a nice complement. The steak roll had the perfect blend of everything. The shrimp tempura roll was my least favorite thing but even that was very good. My frozen mule was a perfect blend of sweet and tart. From our table, I appreciated watching the bartenders craft the drinks at the bar. The service was also great. The food came out at different times and at a nice pace. We went for dinner Sunday of Labor Day, 2 couples. Had a reservation for 5:15pm, it was pretty busy. Enjoyed sourdough focaccia bread which was more sourdough loaf than focaccia, but was warm and tasty. Not sure what they put in the olive oil dipping mix, but it was a tad sweet and no one at the table really liked it very much. The butter was amazing. We also got an order of the steak fries that came with cheese dip and ketchup. I wish the fries were better, it seemed like they were just frozen steak fries. They do have a good selection of fairly priced wines. My friend's husband ordered a special drink that he enjoys and the bartender was happy to make it. But then he wanted after our meal to have a bourbon neat and they did not have some of the bourbons on their menu. They got and shared the beef, empanadas and tuna and very much enjoyed it. The beef empanadas comes with two and they said the meat was seasoned well, and the pastry was good. We shared the chefs roll and the broiled oysters. There was some grits in most of the oysters, which was disappointing, but they were filled up and had lots of shrimp and crab topping along Parmesan. They were serve with a little bit of bread and had a Sherry tape sauce that was good for dipping. The chefs roll was fresh and tasted good. The server was professional and friendly. If you are staying at the Tru Hilton, it's very convenient. There is a street parking. I don't eat beef so the menu is a little limiting for me, but there are a lot of options and you could find something fantastic. Enjoy! read more

I have been twice. The service this time was not as attentive as the last. Food was delicious. We brought new people to this restaurant and they enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It's an attractive restaurant and the menu is chef driven rather than Sysco driven. The drinks are reasonably priced and they have Sapporo on draft. Stumbled upon the Noble Tavern while wandering St. Pete with a group of friends after a Rays game at Tropicana Field. It was definitely a good choice, as places closer to the ballpark were really busy and much louder (not conducive to carrying on a conversation). I appreciated all the unique paintings and decor, as they gave off a great upscale pub vibe. To start off, we ordered the jumbo crispy wings (4.5/5), which were of excellent quality although not all of us were fans of the flavor of the dry rub. I ordered the 1650 burger (3.75/5) which was a good, quality burger, however it was a bit on the dry side (not for those who prefer a more grilled or greasy burger) and I wasn't the biggest fan of the cheese (the waitress kept saying that menu items couldn't be customized, which I found a bit odd). All the dessert options looked great, so we shared the cinnamon roll bread pudding (4.5/5) and carrot cake (3.75/5). Both were of decent quality, but I'm very picky with regards to carrot cake recipes, and it wasn't in my wheelhouse for what I prefer in a carrot cake. Service (4/5) was generally attentive and friendly throughout the meal. We all agreed that Noble Tavern was a good dinner option in St. Pete, and had a nice atmosphere such that we'd return if in this area again. read more

When I first arrived, the hostesses not very welcoming, and we had a bit of a mix-up with the wait, since they said they called us with the beeper they gave us, but we were standing right outside. Once we got seated, though, the food really impressed me. The sushi roll I tried was tasty, and the ribs we shared were fantastic. The ambiance was really nice (kind of an upscale sports bar vibe) so you get the fun of big TVs and games, but in a more refined setting. What a great first night in St Pete! Our cool mixologist at the hotel recommended Noble. This place exudes cool vibes and it recently opened but they have a sister restaurant downtown. It's busy for a reason and we were lucky that upon entering there was a three-spot at the bar, we grabbed it. Sidney was our tour guide, what a pro. She was very welcoming, patient, and made a great Manhattan. This place gets it with a simple menu with shara le items, exactly our style. We had the 1. Kale Brussels salad 2. the steak roll 3. salmon. The best part is they bring the food when it's ready, so nothing waits which is perfect. All three dishes were so tasty, the salmon crispy, the steak roll killer, and the star may have been the salad. I used my stix to grab what I thought was a crouton and it was pork belly. It had parm and dried cherries and was so good we went back a couple of nights later and had it again. But we were not quite finished and asked about splitting the dessert, cinnamon roll bread pudding, are you kidding me? The photo does it justice, it was beautiful and very decadent. I think four people could share it, with its caramelized banana. Over the top! a trifecta of espressos and what a great spot. Get reservations because this place is not going to slow down. We stopped in to check out Noble Tavern after I read a wonderful write-up for the place in the Tampa Bay Times. We came away very, very impressed! Some things to note. The restaurant is located in the ground floor of the Tru by Hilton Hotel. Parking wasn't an issue during our visit because it was an early Thursday evening, so street parking on Central was available, but I can imagine it being a little challenging on busier nights. Loved the quirky, kind of all-over-the-place decor here. Vintage fixtures and mismatched furnishings all come together to deliver a warm, charming space that feels like anything-but a hotel restaurant bar. Lots of love for the cocktails here, too. We tried the Golden Hour, the Metal Plane, and the Strawberry Paloma. Golden Hour was my favorite, though the flavor wasn't quite consistent between my first and second ones. Also, they make a VERY good Espresso Martini for anyone who enjoys those. For food, we tried the Beef Empanadas, the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich, and the 1650 Burger. All were tasty, but I think the burger turned out to be the best bang for the buck -- it's a huge portion for only $13 and it's delicious! The chicken sandwich was tasty, but the Gochujang sauce was a little sweeter than I thought it would be. Lots to like about the empanadas, too -- the beef is deliciously seasoned and the outer pastry is light and crusty. Great appetizer or meal, depending on how hungry you happen to be. Tried Noble Tavern and really enjoyed the tapas/shareable concept overall. Some items (like chili or burgers) felt a little clunky for a share-style menu, but the food itself was solid. The drinks were a highlight -- especially the frozen options, which were fantastic. We had a 5:30pm reservation and it was comfortable and not too crowded at first, but by around 6:15pm the place was completely packed. The bartenders definitely got a bit overwhelmed juggling both indoor and outdoor bar service, but they handled the high demand as well as possible. I kept mentally comparing it to Noble Crust, and while it didn't quite hit the same bar food-wise, the location is much better. Overall, it's absolutely worth going again, especially for drinks and the atmosphere. read more

Sophistication in the design of the interior, absolutely stunning and beautiful. The seared salmon on a bed of couscous & small veggies was delish. It had a nice top crisp and a very tender/ moist middle which is the best way to make salmon. I had the frozen drink special, which was the Paloma with tequila and it was extremely strong in alcohol I could not finish the drink, maybe 2/3rds left. It was very delicious, however, on the sweet side so I added some lemon wedges to it and it tasted much better. The service was exceptional. There were two servers, first server was in charge of the drinks and the second server took our food order. This worked out extremely well since it was a long walk from my friends place about 20 minutes so we were all very thirsty. Needless to say, I am not surprised that another Noble location blew it out of the water. What a fantastic and fun addition to downtown St Pete. We came in right before closing, and the team was happy to accommodate us. The outside seating was fantastic, and the restaurant was very nice on the inside. Our service was incredible. Maddy was amazing and very helpful. She knew the menu quite well and checked on us frequently, even with how busy she clearly was. Every dish was fantastic. They weren't lying when they said "share size." Each dish could easily be split between four people. The wagyu beef carpaccio was incredible, but I would have done without the oddly textured crostinis and supplied another vessel. We never order sushi rolls, and figured why not try the steak roll? Incredible. The fermented wasabi stems complimented the roll so well. The sweet corn rissoto was perfectly cooked. However, too much was going on with that dish. If it would have been more simplified, I would call it perfect. The potatoes were incredible. Same with the steak. The flatbread was good and just basic. The desserts were very large and definitely meant to be split up. The bread pudding was great, as well as the flourless chocolate cake. I am honestly shocked by the affordability of this eatery. Food this good should be twice the price. (Don't raise your prices, they're great lol). As people who frequently dine at Noble Rice, and spend a lot there, I thought it would be more expensive than it was. This was yet another fantastic execution by the Noble group. Went to Noble Tavern with a couple of friends and I was blown away by the flavor. I thought that Noble Tavern would deliver because I love Noble Crust so much, my expectations were exceeded. For going on a busy Saturday night, me and a couple of friends went without a reservation. The staff was super warm and friendly and we enjoyed drinks in the lounge area while we waited. The Noble Tavern menu is a bit more sophisticated than the Noble Crust menu in the best way possible. I got the seared salmon and kale + Brussels salad. The salad was adorned with a heaping amount of Parmesan cheese, fresh greens and topped with dried cherries and salty pork belly- YUM. Took 20 minutes to get water. The initial bottle of water for the table was given to us immediately when we sat down. We drank that rather quickly as it was a real feel of 107 degrees and we have been out at busch gardens and Riverwalk all day. We live in Florida and are used to the heart. We were legitimately thirsty this evening. I ordered another water for the table and it never came. I even had to wait 15 minutes for my cosmopolitan. The food showed up and we didn't habe anything to drink with it. I asked the server for the water again and it was apparent that she forgot. We got it within seconds this time. I really appreciate when a menu has designated mocktails. I got the Bayside Bliss and would get it again! Our server told us that the plates were meant to be shareable and to order 2 per person, but I honestly think they are big enough to have 1 for yourself. My friend and I split the flatbread and fries for an app. The flatbread was PHENOMENAL, highly recommend! The fries were eh, nothing special. I then got the fried chicken sandwich and again it was eh. Good, but nothing special. I could only eat half of it as I was pretty full from the apps. My sister and I ate dinner here this past Wednesday. Our server was very good. We took his advise and ordered the wings which were delicious! We also ordered the risotto, wagu carpaccio and the kale brussel sprouts salad. That was too much food for 2 so we had many leftovers. All of it was really good. But since I was craving chicken, I eyed the Chicken Milanese and Korean Fried Chicken sandwich. I opted for the KFC. And that was 5/10. Meaty, bland, lacking in flavor. Presentation is 5/5 for sure, especially since they torched the ice cream pie in front of us! We all really enjoyed the flavor of that dessert, but even with a knife the graham cracker crust was impenetrable, which just led to a messy situation. I really like how this restaurant turned out! I watched it being built and they have some real good tapa style bites.
