I don't have words to truly give this family owned restaurant the compliments they deserve. The owner is hilarious and engaging with customers. Everything is made from scratch. I ordered the Vietnamese BBQ. I wasn't sure how to eat it. The owner came right over and showed me. He did not make me feel embarrassed. Not sure if I mentioned this in a previous review, the owners dad is MIA in Vietnam.

We pass this place every year during our blueberry picking and finally decided to stop this time. It looks small from the outside, but it's spacious inside. Parking could be tricky when busy, but we managed. Our waiter was incredibly nice to my toddler, friendly and accommodating. We ordered beef pho and BBQ pork. We initially asked for extra noodles, but the waiter suggested the portions were already generous. He was right--we barely finished our meals! The restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, and the bathroom was a lifesaver after a hot day. Overall, a great experience, and we can't wait to come back!

Everything we ordered tasted incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The basil, bean sprouts, and ingredients were crisp and vibrant, and you could tell everything was made with care. The pho was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor, and the appetizers were perfectly crispy and delicious. What really made the experience stand out was the service and hospitality. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made us feel comfortable the entire time. My sister ordered the Vietnamese coffee and couldn't stop talking about it, she said it was super flavorful, sweet while still being bold and strong at the same time. After we had already paid, he even came outside and brought us fresh cut mango to try. We told him how amazing it was, and he was so kind that he brought us his last mango to take home. That level of generosity and hospitality is so rare and genuinely made our day. Such an amazing experience overall, not just because of the food, but because of how cared for and welcomed we felt. We'll definitely be back!

If you're traveling from Illinois or Michigan, this place is a fantastic food pit stop. The food is excellent, and the service is really good. I asked the server if a particular dish was spicy and whether it contained a specific ingredient, but the server didn't know the answer. However, the server took the initiative to ask the chef, who came out to explain the ingredients in detail. This was a really cool and unique experience that you wouldn't typically expect outside of a fancy restaurant. The chef reassured us that the dish would be delicious and that we would enjoy it.

Everything was wonderful. Salmon literally melted in my mouth. Met the owner and he was super nice and enthusiastic about his cuisine.

After searching google for good restaurants on Argyle, we decided to eat here. I had rice with grilled pork chop and sunshine egg, and my partner had steamed rice noodles with grilled beef and shrimp. We split the spring rolls. First, the portion sizes were on the larger side, which pleasantly surprised us. Second, the spring rolls came out almost immediately, and the rest of the food came out within 10 minutes of ordering! The grilled pork chop was divine - perfectly seasoned and juicy. The freshness of the steamed rice noodles created a wonderful lightness to balance out the beef and shrimp, which were both cooked perfectly. There were so many dishes to choose from which originally seemed daunting, but now that we know you really can't go wrong here, it just means we have to come back again to try more! P.S. You have to order the coconut drink - you drink straight from the coconut and it's so refreshing.

Big space but we were in the front. Seems like it was an old Mexican Restaurant. We got seated right away. They had to clean off the table. We had to ask them to wipe it down because they did not. I didn't want food to come on a dirty table. Server was nice and answered questions on the menu. We ordered. I got the creamy soup appetizer and the nom nom cold noodles with goza. Both were great and delicious. The soup was hot and had lots of goza and veggies. The noodle bowl also had lots of fresh veggies and crispy. The dressing is a vinegary mix that cuts thru the fresh veggies. It pairs perfectly. The portion is a good size. I was stuffed and could not finish. I really wanted to though. If you are vegan this is a good spot for you. Lots of choices. Prices were pretty good and you got a good amount of food. The only issue was the not clean table we had to ask to get cleaned. And they did that. Oh and the bathroom was kinda messy too. So take that as you wish. But not a bad find.

The inside of the new restaurant is much bigger, but you have to wait quite a while to be served and for your food. There are a lot of windows so the inside is a little chilly in the winter. We have tried to order takeout on occasion and each time something has gone wrong or something was missing. The pad Thai had no sauce or flavor on it whatsoever. They also don't serve as big of portions anymore and took away the large size bowls. I'm not sure what happened between the restaurant moving locations, but I hope it can get back on track. This used to be our favorite place.

Ambiance: Restaurant is open and airy. Nice contemporary background music playing but not so loud that you can't have a conversation. It's a small family business which we like to support. Although overall fairly clean but could use another person to help clear the tables and sweep the floor. Again, not bad but it could be better. Service: We were greeted by one of the family members, Andrew(son) who gave us a good review of their food and what we might like. He got the water out to us right away. Food: It was amazing. We had the brisket pot sticker with a lemon flavored sauce. Excellent. I had the beef pho and chose the steak and brisket. The broth is flavored with the beef bones. There were a ton of rice noodles and herbs. It all tasted great. My wife's chicken pho was also really favorable. She loved the shredded chicken vs.. chunks of chicken.
