First time here with some friends for some Pho noodle soups on a Saturday afternoon. Don't see many customers - Pretty empty with many open tables. The friends recommended and like the place as regular customers. For me, typical of many Pho restaurants - You go in, they take your order, you eat, then go up front cashier desk to pay - Which means customer service nothing to mention about. Food-wise, the pho I had was okay & acceptable. Did noticed they give very little meat, compared to more than plenty in noodles & broth. AVOID at all cost!!! This is hands down one of the worst pho restaurant or restaurant I ever been to. The guy in the front is terrible and should just quit, he clearly does not what to be there. The lady in the back was the only nice one there, the man and the young girl in the front should just quit and hire new people that actually want to give customer service. They don't even offer napkins at the restaurant. They don't come and check on you if you need any refills. The food was mediocre at best. Restaurant does NOT follow covid protocols. This visit was on Jan 2, 2022 at around 5pm. Our family walked in after a long day, and just wanted to eat some pho and the first thing we noticed as we walked in as that male waiter had his mask under my chin. He moved it to cover his mouth when he walked over to seat us, but when he stops to talk, he pulled his mask under his chin and talks. I asked if he could put his mask covering his face when he talks to us as he sat down and he replied "it's my right to not wear my mask". After he said that, our family got up and left the restaurant because we didn't feel safe eating there with him not following covid protocols or if he would spit in our food for me asking him to put his mask on. read more

I been coming to this restaurant since they opened a few years ago and I noticed that yesterday when I ordered food that my plates were super skimpy. The egg rolls were small like lumpia. My plate normally came with 3 shrimps now they put two and the price went up. Not coming back, I rather go to vietnoodle on coffee road. They still hook up the same portions for the same price. My poor Grandpa is disabled and usually only leaves the house for Doctor appointments. On this particular day he had the energy to leave the house and wanted to go eat some noodle soup. He ordered a bowl of wonton noodle soup and he found a whole shelled egg inside his bowl!!! Was it purposely put in the bowl as a joke? The egg was taken away, no explanation or apology. After a couple of months from my review, I've decided to go back and try this place again. I was not let down and especially the main man who I always see runs this place, he wears glasses, greeted me and was extremely sweet and respectful. He always is, just unfortunately I didn't have him as my server the day my bad service happened. He took the time to apologize to me about the service that was given to me and my family. I believe it takes a lot for someone to do this, especially how I was not aware that he even knew because I didn't see him much that night. I had take-out dinner here a couple days ago when he apologized to me. This place has always been my family and I's favorite and because of one apologize that I believe goes a long way, we will be coming back. Dinner was great as always, there was so much food in one plate! More than I have ever expected! Pros: prompt service, reasonable prices, spacious Cons: not enough meat in pho and rice plate, broth was good but once we starting mixing in the pho ingredients it tasted funny. I think the chili oil totally messed it up. The rice plate had a small portion of meat and came out cold. The Thai tea was too sweet. I live near this place & tried it for the first time. It was excellent! I ordered Kung Pao chicken with rice & an order of crispy egg rolls. I loved the sauce, variety of vegetables & the chopped peanuts on the Kung Pao. Chopping the nuts added a really nice touch. The egg rolls were excellent as well. They were crispy & light which went great with the lightness of the dipping sauce. I highly recommend that you try this place right away. I know I'll be going back very soon.​ read more

Went here a couple weeks ago and ordered one spring roll. As I was eating the roll, I saw the cashier /waiter man walk over to the garbage cart with dirty dishes cleared from the table and begin picking the leftover greenery (basil?) from peoples plates. Then he took a handful of it to the kitchen, meeting a woman in the doorway and speaking to her about the handful of greenery before disappearing into the kitchen and returning empty handed. They DO have outdoor dinning. Jason is my favorite server... he always remembers my favorite meal (#46 pork with extra cilantro), he even remembers what the kids order. Love the jasmine iced tea, but the Thai tea is a no go. The food is always good and fills us up. read more
