It kind of takes several minutes for the waiters to take your order, but once the order is taken, the food comes out HELLA FAST. If you're hangry, this is the place to go. However, if you're trying to go somewhere after you're done eating, ensure you have enough time in between because it took them 15min to take our bill after our table was cleaned. The garden rolls weren't my favorite (smaller than other rice paper rolls I've had). My husband said his banh mi tasted great and the meat was cooked very well, but there was more bread than veggie/meat, so the ratio was off. I got the bun bo hue and IT HAD SO MUCH MEAT. I know I should be grateful but I wanted a little more noodles cuz there was barely any compared to the meat. If you're a meat lover, this is highly recommended! The flavor was on the spot.

This is a must try if you're in Arlington. It's walking distance from the mall and other shops. My sister and I stopped in for lunch and the place was small but cozy with modern decor. The temperature inside was perfect; not too hot and not too cold. Our waiter attended to all of our needs and check on us frequently. The food was so good! Everything was 5 stars!!

This is my go to place after shopping at Pentagon City Mall since it's just a 5 minute walk away. The pho is always consistent and the service is prompt.

Solid experience. I appreciate that they stay open a little later than most pho places in the area. Our pho was hot and hefty! I loved the quality of the beef. I would definitely come back.

Cute little Vietnamese spot in Virginia right outside of DC. The server is attentive and checks on you regularly to make sure you're doing ok. It's not loud and gives you a feel of the culture with their art on the wall and decors. The food is very good. The soup portions are large despite being labelled small.

Good, decent Vietnamese food. While the menu is extensive with a variety of different noodle, curry and soup dishes, I wish there were more vegetarian options. I enjoyed every sip of the flavorful Veggie Penang Curry with a mild spicy kick that wasn't overpowering. While the fresh veggies were good, the tofu was a bit dense and stiff. Next time, I'll skip the tofu! The Peanut Sauce was the highlight of the Veggie Garden Rolls and asked for a refill of the sauce! The food was good and a nice neighborhood staple.

The Garden rolls were smaller and chewier than I ever had it however, it was good there were the usual basils and mints but they added Cilantro. The peanut sauce was perfect! It was thick, rich, creamy, well balanced with the peanut butter, sour, fish sauce; and whatever they used. My first Bun bo Hue and I LOVE it! The broth was beefy, spicy, deep/rich flavorful, the noodles were super soft with a bit of a chewy, there were all types of meats in the soup and each meat added different taste to the dish. The place was super cute and the service fast.

I ordered pho and they didn't close my broth all the way and it leaked into the bag and I was left with literally nothing. I was very upset, I had ordered veggie pho and there were barely any veggies. This whole dish was upsetting such a waste of $16. Disappointed.

Hands down best Bahn Mi served in the DMV area. It is a bit pricier than the bahn mi in other spots, but I love the way that the steak is seasoned. The bread baguette is always very fresh, and all the ingredients inside it are well seasoned (pickled) too. Comes wi the some shrimp chips! Beef pho has a ton of meat, noodles, all the classic fixings (bean sprouts, onions, limes, basil). It isn't the best soup broth base, but it's alright. The ambiance is nice, lots of indoor seating, a pretty restaurant with a bar inside. Service is decent for the north east, and the food comes out super quick!

Came here for the first time for lunch with a friend on a weekend. We ordered the rice rolls for the appetizer, lemongrass grilled beef vermicelli noodles, and the beef pho. Total came out to approximately $43 (not including tip). What's Hot - Quality. Pretty good. The rice rolls were delicious, especially with the peanut sauce. It came with a small side of pickled vegetables, which was slightly sweet and tart. The grilled beef in my vermicelli noodles was grilled nicely. It was tender and flavorful. The sauce was good, as well, and not too sweet. - Portions. Decent size for one person, but see below for additional information. - Price. Each bowl of noodles was $16, which is pretty decently priced. - Location. Convenient location, as it's close by the mall and the Pentagon City metro station. Easy to walk to and find. - Layout. The half front of their restaurant has a large sliding door, which is helpful. It can slide open leaving a large screen, so there's a nice breeze that can waft through the restaurant, but keep any bugs out. What's Not - Layout. Their layout is tight as in their tables are pretty close to each other. There's not much room walking between tables, so be prepared to bump into others. - Service. Each seat gives you a napkin rolled around chopsticks and a fork. There's no soup spoon included. When my vermicelli noodles arrived, it did not come with a soup spoon, either, so I had to ask for one. Since when do pho restaurants, not automatically come with soup spoons? Additionally, their staff don't appear to be very knowledgeable of their menu. I asked if their vermicelli bowls have options of tofu and meat in one bowl, and their staff said their vermicelli bowls don't come with tofu. That was contradictory to their menu, because there is lemongrass tofu vermicelli noodles on their menu. He didn't even tell me if I might have to pay for an additional charge for adding something on their pre-set menu. Odd and off-putting that their staff appeared so unknowledgeable about something so basic. - Only one size bowl of pho. Call me old fashioned, but I grew up with pho restaurants that gave you at least 2 options of your bowl size- small or large. They only have one bowl size, which kind of sucks if you're more hungry. Just be aware. Final Answer Would be willing to come back when I'm in the area, but not a place I'd go out of my way to return.

Do not judge my veggie-less pho. So good! And never a judgment from the staff for my order. Whenever I feel like I want "homemade" food, I just for get some Pho in Pentagon City. The staff is amazing and fast and the venue itself is great. Easy parking on the street or can park in the garage too.

(fair warning they do sprinkle some peanuts on there, look out, if you are allergic)! In case you don't want to read the whole thing: 10/10 pho. The portion is so worth it! The flavor is amazing and so hearty yet refreshing. Also I am 99% sure my food came within minutes of ordering because I did not even get the chance to open my book. The way I rate pho, are two things, one, the noodles, and two, the broth's flavor. Noodles: Because nothing hurts more than a yummy broth with some overcooked noodles that breaks when you try to eat them. Pho Saigon Pearl is doing it right, their noodles are perfectly cooked, you can pick them up and they're not clumpy, they don't fall apart (literally God Bless) Broth: bone broth is soooo good for your overall health and every time when I am feeling slightly under the weather, I look for a good ole pho place for some yummy broth. No one wants flavorless and greasy broth, and it's awkward to ask for salt, but LET ME TELL YOU GIRLLLLLL THE BROTH (fantastic give me 14 of em) it is sooooo perfectly seasoned, it is perfectly salty and gives you that beautiful completed flavor of meat and veggies. The ambiance is nice, lots of lighting, clean interior and spacious set up. Overall: 10/10 would recommend. Ordering No. 5 (eye-round steak, flank, tendon, and tripe) alongside No. 15 (eye-round steak), I was immediately struck by the broth's appearance--remarkably clear and seemingly delicate. At first glance, I worried it might lack depth. Quite the opposite. The broth delivers impressive concentration and balance, offering clean, beef-forward flavor without heaviness. Every sip is nuanced, satisfying, and remarkably refined. The assorted meats were expertly prepared, with tender beef, silky tendon, and properly textured tripe complementing the bowl beautifully. Is it the single best pho in the country? That remains debatable. What is undeniable, however, is that Pho 75 serves an exceptionally well-executed bowl that easily ranks among the DMV's finest--and one well worth returning for.

The seating inside is pretty spacious, for a Wednesday night it wasn't too crowded so we were able to get a table relatively easily. The waiter/server also said they are doing great and planning on opening a second location in Chantilly soon! We ordered the vegan clam dip, shaky beef, and the fish (vegan) soup. Delicious food all around, I always prefer the clam dip and shaky beef. Really good flavors and a great combination. We definitely ordered too much food, so I would say if it's just two, two dishes is enough. Shaky beef was a little different this time around but still good flavor and you can taste that it's vegetarian or some other meat, but it's pretty darn close to beef. The flavors in the sauce and other bell peppers and onions elevate the flavor profile. The fish soup was a new dish, and definitely had a fish flavor but was a little overpowered by the tomatoe. I probably wouldn't go with that one again, but the others were still amazing.
