It's hard to compare good viet food to CA, but I stopped by here for a banh mi on a whim and the bread wasn't fresh. Overall, it just tasted meh. Quick service though, and 12 bucks is quite expensive for a banh mi considering it's around $9 in most places.

Bobalicious Milk Tea with honey tapioca

Overall, 3.5/5 but will bump it to a 4/5 since the cafe is still new with lots of room for improvement. I got take out here (ordered via Toast Tab) for a couple friends and myself earlier this week. I also got boba while picking up the food since I have no self-control. BOBALICIOUS MILK TEA (MEDIUM) - 6.25 +0.75 for honey tapioca I got this with 25% sugar and very light ice. The tea flavor was strong, but too over-steeped. Not much milk flavor, so the ratio was off. The tapioca here was way too soft and mushy with no bouncy texture or any flavor. Overall, I wouldn't pay that much for the boba here and would get it elsewhere. PHO COMBINATION - 15.99 We got this to-go and enjoyed it 30 minutes after pick up and it was still good. I like the packaging they use here where they separated the meat + broth from the pho noodles to keep the noodles fresh. The broth was pretty flavorful and still enjoyable even though it was lukewarm. There was a good amount of meat in my portion, too. The interior is spacious and clean, and the service was nice. I'd come back for pho in the future if I'm craving it. Definitely will need to eat it at the cafe instead of getting it to-go.

We were on the way home talking about getting coffee or boba tea when the yellow "Bobalicious Cafe" sign caught our attention. When asked, they said they it's been about 2 weeks since they opened. The cafe itself was pretty empty, especially for a Saturday afternoon. They had many drink options, but I was feeling very indecisive. We ended up ordering a large Vietnamese sea salt coffee and a regular size brown sugar milk tea with very little ice and sugar. We regretted not asking for less ice for the Vietnamese sea salt coffee; the brown sugar milk tea tasted okay. The prices were a little higher than what I'm used to seeing at my regular spots, but most likely because the area. There is paid parallel street parking available, first-come-first serve. The restaurant itself was very clean and the decoration was lovely, with the hats and orchid flowers. I love that they have the menu displayed behind the counter. I can't say that I would return only because I rarely come to this area.

Not worth the price in my opinion, if you can drive or can get to another pho location outside of Arlington I would go there instead. I think this is a convenient spot for the locals of Arlington but it isn't entirely good either. The Pho is fine, the beverages are overly sweet or not sweet at all depending on the adjustment of the sugar level. I would take the food to go as it isn't a large store. There is seating and outdoor seating, so you can eat here but big groups may struggle eating here. It's a cute store with hello kitty theme everywhere, and the service was nice too. It's unfortunate the food isn't entirely tasty nor are the drinks.

Easy, yummy, and friendly. They serve banh mi, tacos, poke bowls, and pho. In addition they have a wide range of teas and drinks. We ordered pho and a banh mi to go. Service was quick and nice. Food was delicious and well priced. Would come back again for an easy casual meal. Perfect for every day.

Having traveled a bit within Vietnam, there are dozens of variations of pho - not even mentioning Hanoi vs Saigon style, but in the DMV area I've found two styles of beef pho: create your own adventure and holy grail broths. The holy grail broths that don't require any seasoning or condiments are few and far between. The create your own adventure broths are everywhere. Unfortunately, Pho & Banh mi Eatery falls into latter category. I tried their combination beef pho and crispy roast pork banh mi. The brisket, eye round, and meatballs in the pho were tender and flavorful. The banh mi was excellent, with crispy pork with a nice glaze. My only complaint is that I wished the baguette was a bit crispier and had a better chew. The service was excellent and the dining room is clean and spacious. I look forward to coming back soon.

Stopped by for a quick pick me up and it was pretty good! There is also Vietnamese food that you can order as well. The employees were nice and the drink came out fast. I ordered the peach yogurt drink with aloe jelly with 50% sugar and it was refreshing, flavorful, and not too sweet. My other friends did not like their taro milk tea or blended coffee drink as much so I recommend getting a fruit one! They also have pretty decor on the wall and the place seemed clean.

Very nice eatery, although a bit on the pricey side for what it is in my opinion! I will take it as an occasional treat, though. I had the grilled chicken banh mi sandwich, plus a large Vietnamese iced-coffee with boba. In the main room, there is some cute decor, such as a mural painting on one of the walls and Vietnamese straw hats along a couple of the walls. The one and only suggestion I have is that "a lot" could be done to make the bathroom more interesting looking, because it is very bare and boring in my opinion. May I suggest maybe adding a cute Vietnamese-style mural painting in the bathroom like there is in the main room, maybe hang some lanterns from the ceiling, and put in a dimmer light? I think the bathroom could look so much more interesting with these changes! Maybe also play Vietnamese music? Otherwise, all else was great!

Food was nice and hot, and the spice level was on point. Also, there was easily enough for two meals.

thai tea with boba (regular size)

I got the thai tea with boba and it was a pretty standard drink. I got the smallest size and it ended up being nearly $8. The drink was okay but was not worth the price paid. The service was pretty quick since I was the only person there and the ambiance inside was nice as well. There was a Sanrio theme going on.

This place is amazing--a true hidden gem! It's right in the heart of Arlington, easy to miss, but definitely worth stopping for. My friend and I went and ordered the shrimp pho, summer roll, egg roll, tuna poke bowl, and baked salmon teriyaki bowl. The portions were HUGE! We couldn't finish anything and went home with leftovers for dinner. It was the perfect spot for lunch--I even took calls and got some work done while eating. Super clean! It would be great for dinner too! The Sea Salt Coffee was incredible--rich, not too sweet, not too strong--just the perfect balance. I will definitely be back! The salmon was cooked to perfection, and best of all, the customer service was amazing. They are a small business that I truly hope grows very soon. Highly recommend!

The flavor is amazing and so hearty yet refreshing. Also I am 99% sure my food came within minutes of ordering because I did not even get the chance to open my book. The way I rate pho, are two things, one, the noodles, and two, the broth's flavor. Noodles: Because nothing hurts more than a yummy broth with some overcooked noodles that breaks when you try to eat them. Pho Saigon Pearl is doing it right, their noodles are perfectly cooked, you can pick them up and they're not clumpy, they don't fall apart (literally God Bless) Broth: bone broth is soooo good for your overall health and every time when I am feeling slightly under the weather, I look for a good ole pho place for some yummy broth. Ordering No. 5 (eye-round steak, flank, tendon, and tripe) alongside No. 15 (eye-round steak), I was immediately struck by the broth's appearance--remarkably clear and seemingly delicate. At first glance, I worried it might lack depth. Quite the opposite. The broth delivers impressive concentration and balance, offering clean, beef-forward flavor without heaviness. Every sip is nuanced, satisfying, and remarkably refined. The assorted meats were expertly prepared, with tender beef, silky tendon, and properly textured tripe complementing the bowl beautifully. Is it the single best pho in the country? That remains debatable. What is undeniable, however, is that Pho 75 serves an exceptionally well-executed bowl that easily ranks among the DMV's finest--and one well worth returning for.
