    Veggie pho

Super legit little family owned spot. I've tried almost all of the pho in Longmont and this place is the most authentic, both in flavor and experience. The veggie pho broth actually has flavor which seems to be hard to find in Longmont pho options. The chilli oil is fiiire, I mean be careful when you use it cuz it's HOT! The food arrives promptly and has been fresh and consistent each time I've visited. Don't be a whiney whitey and complain about the service, it's authentic and the family who owns the spot are sweet and kind.

    What I got???!!!

huge disappointment! I've eaten here and had orders delivered but today was it for me. I ordered multiple items tonight including their WonTon soup as shown on their website. What I got was a container of yellow water!!! WTF? I called and they wouldn't correct. They refused to refund my order for the crap soup. Shame, I liked this place but not again

When a cold strikes there's nothing better than a hot bowl of pho. Unfortunately, when you're working in a town you don't frequent it can be difficult to find just the one. Well let me tell you: Saigon Xpress is it! Star #1: Every pho-natic knows that quality pho starts with quality broth. Saigon Xpress def delivers. Rich with flavor and loaded up with noodles, protein (rare steak in our case), onions, and the gamut of spices. Star #2: Portions are on point for the pricing. Though I think it's a little odd that they only offer a small or large size - skipping medium all together. The price difference is about $1 between the two. Star #3: Service is fast and efficient. Not a lot of chit-chat to be had here; making it a great stop for a shorter lunch break. Star #4: They offer a variety of other dishes including sandwiches, noodles, and more. All seem to be super authentic! ...The only drawback I saw was that they don't offer crab cheese wontons (which I was craving that day). Also when they dropped off our bill they didn't explain that we go up to the register to pay. So that made for a slight delay. Neither of which were that inconvenient. Given that I am frequenting the Longmont area more for work, I can safely say I'll be back to Saigon Xpress to satisfy my pho craving! Yay!

The chef's special curry with tofu is one of my favorite dishes anywhere. Fast friendly service. A bit pricey but worth it.

Mandarin "Spare Ribs" were not ribs, not even close. It is chopped pieces of pork deep fried and sauced. There were a couple with flat bones because of the weird cut. I can get past the cut but the flavor was way "off". I had to throw the entire container into the trash ($$$). Glad they were doing a brisk business! It's not easy.

A Hidden Gem in Plain Sight…read more Dined-in, and this place truly feels like a hidden gem. This was my third visit, and I'm already planning my next. The staff are incredibly friendly, and you can tell it's a family-owned and operated spot. It's simple and unpretentious--no pretenses, just good food. The flavors are bold and comforting. I ordered two dishes: braised beef brisket and beef stew with wontons. The braised beef was the standout for me--sweet and savory in perfect balance, with meat that melted in your mouth. The beef stew with wontons was delicious as well; the beef was tender, and the broth was clean, rich, and refreshing--great comfort food for a cold Colorado day, or any day. My wife tried the chicken pho. The broth was smooth and revitalizing, and the chicken meat seemed freshly hand-pulled. She enjoyed it immensely. If you're looking for solid, flavorful food in a welcoming, no-frills setting, this place is hard to beat.
