Stopped in after not visiting for a long while and this will be our last visit. Not sure what happened between that period of time but the quality just isn't there. Broth was good, the noodles were good but the actual 'topping' you choose is skimped. Looks like a decent amount of tofu, they were so thinly sliced. The other pho had one small piece of steak in it (it was a combo). We also ordered the cream cheese wontons, what you get it a wonton with the smallest amount possible of cream cheese. Nothing special and have found other restaurants that offer better fillings & topping portions. Also, I cannot respect a business that charges $.60 per item for takeout orders. What?? (See menu image). Staff was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the value is not there anymore.

I had the pork vermicelli bowl with an egg roll on top. Actually very good, and so much to eat that I didn't get to finish at all myself. The noodles were soft and the amount of meat was very plentiful. My dining partner had to assist in getting this meal eaten in full. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff were attentive and helpful in ordering. I think the pork had a really nice taste to it, although it might have been just slightly more salty than what I like, it didn't deter in the overall taste of the meal. We don't live here but if we did I know this would be a regular place.

This little Longmont gem is a refreshing, high-quality Asian food option in Longmont. It is snuggled back in the Village at the Peaks shopping center (which includes Whole Foods). The front of the restaurant faces away from Hover, so it doesn't have the best visibility. I wandered in late on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by plenty of staff and quickly helped. The cost was a bit surprising due to a surcharge to add vegetables to tofu. This seems unfair since this should cost far less than beef or other proteins. I understand a consistent system though. I got takeout and it was all very high quality and absolutely delicious. A large serving was a substantial amount even for 2 meals.

The shop is gorgeous, and the buyers are fantastic, stocking it with so many beautiful items that you will not easily find in other shops or online. The staff is friendly and informative. The prices are very high, and I don't recommend buying items you can find in your local grocery store or gift shop, but if you find interesting, unique, and beautiful items that you love, then it is worth spending the money, in my opinion. This is a great place to find exceptional gifts, especially for someone who likes to entertain. Must take home a fresh French baguette and some caramels! There is a parking lot in the rear of the building.

But the market feel, the variety, the customer service, patio, cute atmosphere, selection, and warm baguettes made it quite the experience. Bring your own plates, utensils if you plan on doing what we did. We made do with the plastic knives and napkins from the bakery, but it would have been better if we came more prepared. Lovely.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and you can tell it's a family-owned and operated spot. It's simple and unpretentious--no pretenses, just good food. The flavors are bold and comforting. I ordered two dishes: braised beef brisket and beef stew with wontons. The braised beef was the standout for me--sweet and savory in perfect balance, with meat that melted in your mouth. The beef stew with wontons was delicious as well; the beef was tender, and the broth was clean, rich, and refreshing--great comfort food for a cold Colorado day, or any day. My wife tried the chicken pho. The broth was smooth and revitalizing, and the chicken meat seemed freshly hand-pulled. She enjoyed it immensely. If you're looking for solid, flavorful food in a welcoming, no-frills setting, this place is hard to beat.

We got the Birdhouse Flight to start--guac, five-cheese queso, and their birdhouse salsa (a tasty, mild tomatillo). Seriously, it's the best way to start your meal. For dinner, we all had ramen. I went for the Hellfire with extra bok choy. This ramen is no joke. If you want something spicy, this is it. The chili sauce, flakes, and oil really bring the heat. The kids got the Tonkotsu, which was amazing as usual--great broth and super tender meat. I had my spicy ramen with a Juicy Bits from WeldWerks, perfect combo. Seriously, it's some of the best ramen and service around North Denver. Whether it's for a special day or just a chilly night. Birdhouse is always good. I totally recommend it!

So it was shocking that I found such a good bowl out here in Erie. I got the Hellfire Ramen, a tonkotsu-based ramen served with their house spicy sauce, chili oil, pork shoulder, and a soft boiled egg. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spice level was perfect (quiet hot but still maintaining a good balance of flavors), and the pork shoulder was tender but still has a bit of nice toothsomeness. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. If the other items on this menu is as tasty, I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.
