Vermicelli combination bowl (chicken, shrimp, beef, egg roll)

The food is always incredible! Huge portions. I love the Vermicelli combination bowl and the pho! Service is quick, friendly, and the ambience is clean and a nice environment to be in!

Fast service and friendly staff but so fast I actually felt rushed at first even though they weren't crowded. The pho was decent, I've been looking for a new pho joint since Pho on 6th in Denver closed. The broth is nothing special and was a bit salt heavy but they gains great portion sizes for the price and the meat seems to be good quality. Pot stickers were good but a bit thick and bready for my taste. Would I come back? Yes. Will I be devastated if I never come back? No.

Plant-based restaurants are few and far between, so I was really glad to find one that offers plant-based protein alternatives and even uses vegan fish sauce--a thoughtful touch that makes a big difference. I ordered the vegan vermicelli and tofu spring rolls. The portions were generous, which I appreciated, though I do wish there had been a better balance--more vegetables and a bit less noodles would've made it perfect. The service was great. Staff were attentive, checking in several times to make sure we had everything we needed, and our water glasses were always full. The restaurant has a warm, family-run vibe. It felt like a local favorite--during our visit, we saw several people greet each other like regulars. It's clear this spot is a valued part of the community.

Food: I had the beef vermicelli bowl. I really enjoyed the beef, it was tender, and not chewy. It was seasoned nicely, and had a good flavor. Some bits had like a char taste to them which I liked. The house sauce I wasn't crazy about, usually I like vermicelli bowls with a sweeter sauce, but this was salty. It was a little spicy too, because it had chili in it. Service: Our server was very blunt with us, but the food came out fast. Within about 5 minutes. Atmosphere: I liked the dim lights, and black painted walls. The natural light coming in from the outside was pleasant, and they played chill, laid-back music. Overall: Not the best Vietnamese place I've been to, but relatively good. Reasonable prices as well.

I'd give this place a 3.5 stars. Been here twice now. Location is convenient for the Erie area. Portions are fair and meat is generous. I like the pho broth as well as the Bun Bo Hue. bun Bo hue has a tom yum flavor profile which I appreciate. I wish there was pork hock and blood in it. I seemed to only have brisket and tendon in mine. The reason I give this place a 3.5 is because of the apps. I was quite disappointed in them. The fish sauce chicken wing flavor is actually good, but the portion is inaccurate. It says 5 pieces but what I got was 2 drums and 3 half wings? Lastly I don't recommend the scallop..it was very dry and stuck to the shell.

Please take this with a grain of salt - PHO-Ever is brand spanking new and I imagine needs some time to get into their groove as a new place in a town that is rapidly expanding. There aren't a ton of restaurants in the general vicinity, so I feel like everyone's super excited to have another food option. The restaurant right near downtown Erie next to the new Colliers Hill residential development. It's in a small commercial/retail area surrounded by various businesses and small shops. Parking can get tight, as the lot they're in is shared between a few other suites, so keep that in mind if you're planning on visiting during peak hours. With all the development happening, I fully expect that it will only get more busy. The interior is bigger than it appears from the front, and the decor inside is pretty sleek and neat looking. The colors are a little dark, which I am a fan of, and there is a lot of natural light let in my the front window; lots of art and plants are around to give the ambiance a nice, chill feel. We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and it was busy, but not packed. We were able to get a table pretty quickly and the gentleman that helped us was very friendly. The menu is good sized with lots of different options, including some pretty bomb looking appetizers. Unfortunately, there were quite a few things on the menu that were unavailable at the time we visited. Our waiter had to come back to us three or four separate times to let us know that various menu items were out of stock. Here's where I'm giving lots of grace; they're super new and I'm sure working out the kinks, but I am hopeful that they will be able to bounce back quickly and get into the swing of things. Having a pho place nearby is so awesome, so I am hoping for nothing but the best. We ended up settling on dumplings, pho, and a banh mi sandwich. The dumplings were our third choice of appetizer after the first two weren't available lol. It took a little while for them to come out, but they were hot and had good flavor! If they were served with a couple of small plates as a standard, even better. My bf was pretty underwhelmed by the sandwich; there was not a lot of filling compared to the amount of bread, so he felt it lacked sustenance and wasn't super flavorful. He also initially wanted to order the lunch special that comes with a fruit tea, but alas, no fruit tea was available. The pho was actually pretty tasty; the broth came out very hot (which is always something I look for), there were a lot of veggies (added separately), and the amount and overall flavor of the chicken was pretty good. I'd say the pho was very easily the better of the two meals. I'm anxious to give them another shot when things are more settled! I think being more up front about out of stock items would be helpful to avoid a bunch of back and forth, but the overall experience was otherwise pleasant.

Best Pho in Northern CO! I was so happy to see a pho spot in Erie, Colorado. It's super clean, spacious, and there is plenty of easy parking. The service was very fast, they were friendly, and deserving of a great tip! In terms of food, the egg rolls were small in size but freshly fried with a great crunch and tasty filling. I really enjoyed the pho broth, it was authentic, rich, and fatty with a clean flavor. There is only one size for the pho, I would say about between a medium and large bowl. But they also have kids sized bowls. Finally, I appreciate how well cleaned the vegetables for pho were, they looked new and fresh. I will be a loyal customer and can't wait to try more!

I like that the menu is constantly changing, so I can always try something new. There are usually a few staples, too. The tacos are priced reasonably so you can try several flavors. Every now and then there's one I don't like as much as the others, but that doesn't ruin the experience. The ramen is priced well for the amount you get, too. The only thing I consistently haven't liked is their guacamole. But I do like their avocado and salsas. They have a decent happy hour and, recently added, a "taco Tuesday." The kids menu options are pretty good, too. The hot dogs are a hit. Sometimes the buttered noodles are, too. The tiki drinks are great fun, and they're always trying something new. In the past, they've put lemonades in fun cups (like the hedgehog cup) so our kids can enjoy a "fancy drink." The service is pretty fast and consistent. They bring you a nice jug of water to help yourself with refills.

So it was shocking that I found such a good bowl out here in Erie. I got the Hellfire Ramen, a tonkotsu-based ramen served with their house spicy sauce, chili oil, pork shoulder, and a soft boiled egg. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spice level was perfect (quiet hot but still maintaining a good balance of flavors), and the pork shoulder was tender but still has a bit of nice toothsomeness. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. If the other items on this menu is as tasty, I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.

Personal preference, we are picky, tend to go to different restaurants, because of taste and way it's made. Example: Bao offers sweet and sour chicken, but we only order sweet and sour chicken at Asian Cuisine. For lunch: ordered large Hot and Sour soup (gulped down) vegetable fried rice. As you can see large pieces of vegetables, not those tiny chopped up veggies and a good portion. Food is delicious (as usual) service is okay and we're to-go, can't comment on ambience. Being an Asian household, we can make steamed Sea Bass at home. Plus, we don't have a deep fryer. So, we order "Crispy Sea Bass" - you get an entire fish, from head to tail, deboned with sweet & sour sauce (ask, on the side) if you leave sauce on, during the transit home, fish will be soggy. It's best to pour sauce on, a couple of minutes, prior to consumption. It comes with box of fried/white rice, portions are for one person and if there's 2 people eating, it's best to order an add'l box of rice. Ordering one fish is portioned, just enough for 2 people.
