I just knew it was going to be good. Everyone was so friendly, from the cashier who took my order to the owner. She said it must've been bad lol. She saw me trying to drink the last bit, I finished my matcha in what felt like two seconds! Now let's talk about the real stars of the place: the coffee and the matcha. That Flan Matcha is incredible! If you take one thing away from this review, order the Flan Matcha. The Cookie Butter Latte was also amazing. It tasted just like cookie butter with just the right hint of coffee. My daughter loved that one. My mother ordered the Spanish Matcha, and she loved hers too. I ended up going for the ube matcha, but I honestly wish I had gone for the coconut cloud one, because from what I tasted and saw, it really outshines the rest. The balance they created with the foam and the coconut water was pristine, and next time I go back, that is 100% what I am ordering. That said, the ube matcha was still absolutely delicious. NOTE: Vietnamese coffee is STRONG and has a deep flavor. I knew this ahead of time, but worth noting. Luckily, the sweetened condensed milk balanced this with lots of sweetness! The ube cold foam added a lovely flavor and I recommend enjoying some on top as well as trying to mix some of it in as well. The space offers free Wifi with plenty of seating, surrounded by incredible greenery and decor. I could definitely see myself bringing my computer and working from here - or taking an in-person meeting here. Great spot for a different coffee experience!
