This is a special place. 3 months ago I came with my girlfriend, hoping to get a Datejust as everything is low on stock. The sales person was Jenny Jeung and she carefully listened to exactly what I wanted. She was warm and welcoming despite my lack of knowledge in watches. I honestly don't know much about watches, yet she was patient with me in terms of understanding what is what and the possible availability is in the future. I clearly remembered her saying that it would be lucky if I can get it by the end of the year, as the list is long and the wait can be forever. 3 months fly by, I got a text message from her saying that the watch is finally here. I have purchased the watch and cannot be happier with my decision. Huge thank you to both the team at Saint Cross especially Jenny, Yifan, as well as the store manager. They were the All-Star team here. Usually Rolex Authorized Dealers are very picky with their customer and it almost feels like they look down on you if they don't think you are worthy. Getting your first Rolex can be difficult as many dealers will be blunt, rude and practically treat you like a second class citizen. My watch was delivered with kindness and professionalism. Jenny delivered as promised and made my experience with Rolex like it should be, wonderful. The experience was so great my wife placed an order of her own... Crazy, someone would allege they are racist! I'm Japanese and my wife is Filipino. I definitely do not recall anyone at the store asking my ethnicity or treating us any differently. I want to take the time to thank Agnes and the rest of the St Cross team. Agnes was very warm to me and my wife when we visited for my appointment. We brought our new born daughter along for the experience. I got to try on two watches. I was considering the Cartier Santos white dial and a Cartier Santos Blue Dial. Firstly, I really must commend Agnes with her prompt communication. She always responded to my emails, was very good about scheduling appointments, and always followed up! I also have to say that Agnes was spot on with her feedback on which watch looked best on me. Secondly, I have to comment on how some authorized dealers (especially those representing Rolex) typically do not give you the time of day. This was not my experience at St Cross. In fact, Agnes took her time to explain what I could expect and was honest about a timeline for what I would like. I do hope to continue my relationship with St Cross and do future business with them. Since they are super close to where I live by USC, I will pay them a visit from time to time. read more
