    High fashion brand store on Rodeo. Came here on a weekend in the afternoon and there was no wait. Maggie helped us, and she was awesome - very eager to help and efficient in bringing out options from both storage to find the right bag for a present. She helped gift wrap the bag as well. Metered street parking. They offered water, espresso, as well as champagne. They had Yves St Laurent branded stevia and sugar packets, which I thought was super cute. Credit/debit cards accepted and they bring the card reader to you. You will need to create an account in order to be able to bring in the bag for any repairs during the 2-year warranty.

    Amazing place located in Beverly hill Sevice amazing and even offer water while we shopped. Very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We ended up leaving with a bag for my wife which she loved.

    If I could give this posting negative stars if I would. I have been extremely disrespected by YSL originating at the Beverly Hills location, and stemming to corporate. I purchased a camera bag from this location over the phone shipped to my home. The sales associate who "helped" me was very friendly during the sale, but never provided a copy of my receipt to me via email or otherwise which felt weird. I attributed it to that it would be included with the package. Additionally, I was nervous regarding the drop length of the bag and asked the sales associate if I was not satisfied with my purchase, was I able to return for a full refund. He stated yes. His name is Dylan and I have screen captures of our text messages. Fast forward to my receipt of the bag (of which I have added photos, and of which Dylan said was "store fresh from the back"). It looks like it was dragged behind a car, I have never, ever dealt with this level of damage being received on a luxury item. Additionally, when I attempted to reach out my phone number was blocked by the sales associate. It was at this time that I called corporate who told me this was absolutely unacceptable, and that someone would be reaching out to me within 24 hours. Guess what didnt happen? No one contacted me...not for over a week. I immediately called my bank, forced with no other options and filed a charge back dispute. Only once this was done was I contact by the "Operations Manager" Jose Vega. Jose let me know that he would accept my return, sent me a return label and I promptly returned the bag to his location. I have in writing his agree to return for refund, the sending of the label, the confirmation of receipt of the bag, and his explicit intention to refund me for this horrible experience. Upon receiving the bag he stated that because I had an open dispute that he would have to contact his finance department but that he would contact me within 24 hours. Guess who wont return my phone calls anymore? Yep, Jose Vega. Now, today, I had my bank call me to tell me that Saint Laurent is FIGHTING the return. HOW is this a luxury brand, and HOW are you still in business. I am continuing to fight this, I have spent countless hours on this bullshit. DO NOT BUY FROM YSL, BEWARE OF PROMISES MADE AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

    YSL being one of my favorite designers had a cool ceramic leopard print mug on their website which is now currently on preorder. Therefore, I searched "find in store" I was in luck to know that YSL Beverly Hills had the item. I called two days ago and spoke with sales associate Daniel who stated he'd take my information and send me a payment link by the end of the day. I never heard back even after I text to follow up. Today, I called and spoke to another sales associate who said they'd assist me too and never heard back. I guess because the item only cost $135 with tax it wasn't worth the sale to them. I do not recommend shopping at YSL Beverly Hills location 469 N Rodeo Drive. Customer service is so important to me. I rather shop at the San Diego, Costa Mesa, and Las Vegas locations. Also, Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus.

    So I was finally able to get through and place an order, but overall the experience dealing with this store has been abysmal. They are so pressed on making their commissions off of tourists who save their rent money to shop on Rodeo, they completely ignore the whole customer service aspect for repeat clients.

    You'd think that, after this place was spectacularly looted just after Christmas 2020 in a robbery that was filmed and plastered all over the interwebs, the staff at this store might start paying attention to their customers, but no. I might as well have been a ghost in there: No "Hello," no "How are you?", no "Go f*** yourself," nothing. Usually when you go into a Rodeo Drive boutique, you can't move around without having a salesperson shadowing you. (It's just the protocols of these places; they're selling expensive stuff, and they can't afford the level of "shrinkage" a Walmart can.) Not here. Good luck even getting anyone to acknowledge your existence. Bad if you want good service, great if you want good looting...

    Was given lighters in horrible condition.

    Visited April 7th for a quick purchase. I came in very cheery, and told the associate I'm just here to grab some lighters for a friend. The interaction was brief. I could tell he wasn't happy assisting me with these lighters. When he went to ring me up, he didn't ask me for my name or account. He didn't show me the product I was purchasing. When I got home, I noticed that the lighters I got were in horrible condition, and they did not look like new stock. The lighters on display were in better condition than the ones I was given. And because he didn't ask for any information from me, I of course didn't get a receipt, nor an emailed copy. Awful customer service, awful product. This is a joke.

They apparently had some water damage in January and just had opened back up... and wanted to release some of the damaged and unfinished clothes for discounted prices. First I need to mention that the management and owner were standing outside and greeting everyone, chatting with them. I heard the full story of how this place came about, and the struggles they went through during covid and the rain. Just a great group of people running the shop and you really root for them to succeed. I bought two t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a hat. It has become my favorite pieces of clothing. The shirts are comfortable but thick material, and don't hug you in an unflattering way. They fit so well. I will definitely come back once they have a new round of inventory to check out their stuff.

He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on. The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September. He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details. He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. I visited during Christmas/ New Years time; therefore, they were offering hot chocolate and cookies. Hot chocolate was a nice gesture and perfect touch for the cold weather. For value, I would say bags and clothing items are expensive, but worth it. Since quality is better and worth the price. Instead of a luxury shopping experience, it felt uncomfortable and honestly a bit demeaning. No greeting, no effort to assist--just an unmistakable vibe that we didn't "belong." For a brand that prides itself on timeless elegance and hospitality, this location completely missed the mark. Rodeo Drive has no shortage of high-end stores that actually know how to treat people with basic respect. I'd recommend spending your time (and money) elsewhere.
