Do not get your bag repaired here!!! All the workers at this location contradict each other. "It takes 2-3 months!" "It should have not taken that long for you to get your bag back. Was it sent out to Italy?" NO IT WAS SENT TO A LOCAL repair shop the FIRST TIME. I used the bag for just ONE OUTING after waiting almost 2 months for it to be repaired and the straps are in a worse condition! I returned again to get my bag repaired a SECOND TIME and I was promised it should not take longer than 2 weeks. It's been almost 1 month now and I have not received any updates. Since I was promised it should only take 2 weeks, I went to go see if they had my bag repaired. They did not have it. I asked where it was sent and not surprised it was sent to a LOCAL REPAIR SHOP AGAIN. Did they not learn the first time when they sent it there? It is now October and I have been trying to get my bag repaired since June. Really disappointed in how everything has been handled. Will definitely not shop here or YSL ever again. YSL/Saint Laurent. One of my all time favorite designers and today was another acquisition. I have been looking for an everyday work tote/bag and knew I would find something here. First, they have moved to where Sony use to be and I love the design and the space! I immediately saw the Large Shopping Saint Laurent Tote and was in love. It is everything I have been looking for in a work bag. Carmen was my sales associate who is very lovely and extremely helpful. She showed me the different colors and pulled some more from the back. I appreciated her bringing colors I wouldn't have thought of. As I wasn't done shopping, I asked if she could pull a new one and just hold it for a few hours which she did. So nice of her! When I came back, she pulled out the brand new one and again let me double check everything. She is knowledgeable but not overbearing. I bought my first luxury bag at this store with my two besties and I had such a wonderful experience! Service: Anne and TJ were very patient and helpful! They let us take photos with the bags in the hidden mirror room with our complimentary champagne. I was actually mentally prepared for snooty staff but they were patient and very down-to-earth. We were told about the 30 day return policy for store credit only (which is typical for most luxury brands anyway) and that repairs were free for 2 years if the damage was not due to wear and tear. My bag was brand-new and was nicely wrapped with a cloth bag+ribbon+price tag, etc. Anne also taught me how to clean the bag and how to store the chain/bag properly, which was super sweet since she could probably tell I'm a beginner at this fancy bag business. Quality: When I compare this bag to a similar-looking Michael Kors bag, I can tell that the chain is much sturdier/heavier .. also the leather feels nicer imo. I was told that the gold metal was not painted on like some other luxury brands .. I suppose time will tell whether or not that's true. All in all, I had an amazing experience with top-notch customer service. Came in here to get a bag for my wife and it seems all their customer rep are attentive to their customer. ANTHONY, the customer rep who helped us gave a really hands on experience. We didn't have to look at them through the glass display and imagine how it would look on us. My wife was able to hold the the bags she was interested in and tried them all on. We were even left alone with the bags to think about which one to get. Anthony gave us great opinions and honest tips as we browse. The security guard death stare was weird at first, but he sort of disappear mentally when we were busy browsing through their products hands on. Ysl is so iconic and this location is such a cool looking store. Great layout and display of all the products. I only own one product from them, the nude Kate crossbody with a tassel, and I'm so beyond obsessed with it. I came in today forgetting the time and they were closing soon. I felt bad but someone immediately came up and asked if they could help, which I thought was nice, she also reassured that it was ok we come in even though it was late. I actually was looking to purchase the ysl tassel necklace but they didn't have any in stock. The girl helping me was so sweet and even though I wouldn't make a sale that day she went back to look for some earrings that looked basically just like the necklace, same size, color and dimensions, just so I can have a better understanding on how it would look on as a necklace. She didn't pressure me to buy anything, gave me detailed explanations on questions I had, and made me feel like a valued customer, I think that's what everyone would want! Once you've purchased, there is no going back! I purchased an item less than a week ago and went back to return because the woman helping me process payment said "you have 30 days to return." I walked away with this in mind and when I went back less than 7 days later I was told only exchange or credit! While the customer service was great in helping me purchase the item the return policy is beyond unreasonable. All tags and wrapping were still on my item but no exception was made. Not to mention, the associates are very nice and informative. I just purchased the nano Sac de Jour in smooth leather and I absolutely love it. It's the perfect everyday bag. I don't carry a lot, so the nano is perfect for me. Plus, it fits my iPhone 7 plus! For the small size, it actually fits a lot.
